On the day of my scheduled car service appointment I was greeted promptly. The Service Associate was friendly & listened carefully to my requests (Danny). The waiting area was comfortable & clean. I appreciated the offer of beverages. The service to my vehicle was completed quickly & explained to me. I had hoped to renew my 'maintenance agreement', but the wait for someone from Finance was too long so I'll check into that later. The Service Associate was kind enough to have my car parked inside so I didn't have to go out into the rain storm! Thanks for the good service!

Service was Excellent!
Excellent Service! Only issue I have is the last 2 times I received an oil change they don't reset the MAINTANCE DUE REMINDER......it continues to pop up every time I start vehicle. It gets annoying, otherwise Service Excellent!!

Excellent customer service! My 2007 Sentra was still under the extended warranty on my transmission. Not only did they replace it without any complaints, they gave me a beautiful loaner car to drive! The only complaint I have is that my car was pretty dirty on the outside when I picked it up, grease marks I'm sure from the mechanics. Didn't notice it until I got home, but I'm sure if I called them they would have asked me to bring it back for a good cleaning. But other than that, I am extremely happy with this dealership. Everyone was very knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend it!
