I have bought several vehicles from this dealership over 25 years. My most recent sale was a new 2025 Kicks & Steven was great to deal with. He was upfront, honest & gave me his best in showing me all the Kicks that were available at the best rate.

I was satisfied with the price.

I was satisfied with the price. However service after the deal went down very quickly. The detailing of the car was very substandard. The wait time in order to get through finance was ridiculous. Once I left the parking lot I called my salesperson to say I did not have owner's manual in the car and I was basically told tough you've already left. The last time I bought a $30000 car I at least got a free tank of gas with it as well. Would not recommend nor will I be going back. Left a bad taste in my mouth.

Dear Mr. Jenkins Nissan, Management and Future Customers, This is my opinion and personal experience with Jenkins Nissan, and let me be clear: this dealership is an absolute disaster. If you're considering doing business here, run the other way. My ordeal began with Brandon, the salesman, who was actually nice and tried to assist me. However, things took a turn for the worse when I spoke with Jeff, the manager. His dismissive attitude and lack of care for my situation were evident from the start, setting a negative tone for my entire experience. Following my conversation with Jeff, I spoke with Sylvia in finance. While she attempted to address my concerns, it became clear that she was more focused on protecting the dealership's interests by pointing out fine print that allowed them to charge me more. This approach felt misleading rather than helpful. Next, I spoke with Ana, the General Manager, who also did not provide the support I expected. Most recently, I had a conversation with Eric in finance, who continued the trend of unprofessionalism. When I requested a buyer's order, I was met with a condescending response: "You thought wrong." This level of disrespect is unacceptable in any customer service environment. I received a quote of $44,011 from PenFed and TrueCar that included taxes. To my surprise, I was later presented with a price of nearly $47,000 due to “additional fees.” Such practices raise serious concerns regarding compliance with the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (Chapter 501, Part II, Florida Statutes), which prohibits misleading advertising and changing prices at the end of a transaction. This entire experience has been a significant source of stress over the weekend. I feel compelled to inform others about the lack of professionalism at Jenkins Nissan. I urge anyone who has faced similar issues to speak up and report their experiences to ensure that potential customers are aware of the dealership's practices. I hope you take these concerns seriously and work towards improving your customer service in the future.

I purchased a 2021 Nissan Rogue Platinum at this dealership. Let me just say Lena Williams was our sales consultant. This woman was amazing she really knows what she selling and believes in the vehicles. Lena explained and demonstrated everything on the vehicle and then took us out for a test drive which was longer than any test drive I have ever taken . After we finished finalizing the deal she again went over the vehicle, set up my phone and made sure I was comfortable with everything before I drove it home. Let’s just say she cost me a lot of money but I would not have purchased the vehicle if it wasn’t for her and her expertise. I would highly recommend Lena Williams!! The dealership was also very helpful and pleasant!
