I happened upon Granite Nissan’s website while searching

I happened upon Granite Nissan’s website while searching for a new vehicle, that is apparently in high demand. I live in Kansas City and my local Nissan dealership has been less that helpful, despite working with them for over a month. So anyways, I’m on Granite Nissan’s website and it shows they have or will soon have the vehicle I’m looking for. I called the Sales Department on a Saturday morning and Brett answered the phone. To my disappointment, the vehicle I was interested in was on its way, but was actually an ordered vehicle for someone else. Brett was very kind and took it upon himself to find a vehicle, matching what I was looking for. Brett did find vehicles matching what I was looking for, but the only available ones were over a thousand miles away and just wouldn’t make financial sense to transport them all that distance. He did have local inventory that was really close to what I was looking for and was able to put together a VERY reasonable deal that included a great price on my trade-in AND delivering the vehicle to me in Kansas City. I ended up finding a local deal on a different vehicle that I couldn’t pass up. I ended up spending more than I wanted, but… you know…. All that to say that Granite Nissan was very easy to deal with. No pressure and very transparent in all of their pricing and financing options. If you’re in the Rapid City area, or even outside the Rapid City area, I would definitely give them a call. I know I will.

Wonderful experience

Wonderful experience. Our salesman Josh Hurley was very attentive and helpful. The staff amazed me at how much helpful they are for each other. Josh made our experience well worth it. Thank you Josh.

High pressure dealer. Lied about the total, cheated me on my trade in. I was pressured by a sales associate AND sales manager My best advice would be to pass them up!

Great Service

We have purchased several vehicles from Ryan Bone over the past few years and many trades and purchases for TQA Cable. Ryan has continuously provided top notch customer service. We would not consider purchasing from anyone else. Big shout out to Ryan and much appreciation--Thanks!!
