On April 26, 2025, my husband purchased a vehicle and signed an agreement for a $2,000 down payment. During the sale, the dealership explicitly stated that a $1,000 discount was being applied as part of the purchase offer. This discount was a key factor in his decision to proceed with the purchase. However, approximately one month later, the dealership charged an additional $1,000 to his credit card without authorization or prior notice. When he contacted them for clarification, he was told the charge was legitimate and that he still owed the amount—directly contradicting the original agreement. We requested a copy of the promissory note they claimed he had signed and were advised to return when the sales associate was available. When my husband returned, the associate verbally confirmed the original agreement of a $2,000 down payment. However, he abruptly walked away and did not return. Instead, the manager presented a promissory note that my husband never signed and was never made aware of. It is clear that the dealership misrepresented the $1,000 discount in order to secure the sale, and then attempted to recoup that amount after the fact. This is deceptive and unethical. In addition to the financial misconduct, the staff's behavior was unprofessional. The sales associate made inappropriate and offensive remarks, including discriminatory comments about Central Americans and a casual admission of employing undocumented workers. This is not just about the money—it is about principle. Consumers should not be misled or taken advantage of. People work hard for their money and deserve to be treated with honesty, fairness, and respect.

Compré mi auto con este dealer 11/04/2024 yPublicaré una reseña negativa en todas las plataformas hasta que se solucione mi situación. Me dijeron que el coche había tenido un accidente menor y que todo estaba reparado. El coche terminó en Chevy durante una semana debido a las reparaciones de un accidente. Se encontró un daño extenso en el marco durante una inspección. El coche se vendió con un título limpio para descubrir que está rescatado. El distribuidor se coló en un ajuste de precio en el precio anunciado. Me dijeron que no pueden hacer nada al respecto, este es un coche de 60.000 dólares que vale una cuarta parte de lo que pagué, me arriesgo a que mi estado no lo registre y mi seguro cancele la póliza que corre el riesgo de recuperación. Actualmente estoy esperando la próxima respuesta del concesionario después de decirles que los estoy demandando. NO LO RECOMIENDO Y espero que les sirva de algo a alguien para que no cometan el mismo error de confiar el ellos ….

Worst dealership in the history never buy a car here. They buy the car from Auction some Salvage or Bad title and they over sell it making promises. I’m going to sue this dealership. Careful buying a car here.

i will post a negative review on every platform until my situation is handled i Was told the car was in a minor accident And all was repaired. The car ended up at Chevy for a week due to repairs from an accident. Extensive frame damage was found during an inspection. Car was sold with a clean title come to find out it’s salvaged. Dealer snuck in a price adjustment on advertised price. I was told they cannot do anything about it this is a $60,000 car that is worth a quarter of what I paid for I’m risking my state not registering it and my Insurance canceling the policy which risks repossession. i’m currently waiting on the next response from the dealership after I told them that I am suing them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
