Very profeasional and courteous dealership! TJ and Hannah were awesome! Got the car I wanted, reasonably priced with no issues. Travelled all the way from hampton roads (3 hours) and would do it again.

I would just like to say I was looking for a car in my area and I called Kargar Motors and I was greeted and helped by a gentleman named Erick. He was really friendly and really helpful. My time spent at this dealer was well timed and well managed I kept getting updated in regards to how my Credit Application was going and they answered all the questions I had. Happy I bought my car from this Dealer very good friendly people.

I am just going to be honest, I have xxxx credit... from school loans. And the manager here worked with me personally and worked it out with the banks and I left in a toyota when before I was riding a bike every where. Thank you guys so much. Will always recomend you.

Applied for a car on a monday, got approved on the next day. Their dealership is 4 1/2 hours from my house so i made sure they knew I had to get a ride to the dealership. I was putting 2000 down and they knew that also. I got several text asking when I would be up to get MY new car. I was in telephone contact with them also during this time. There was one "gentleman" I spoke to 3 times that was a complete a** and was not customer friendly. On friday morning I rented a car and called them at 930 to tell them I was on my way. I was told by this "gentleman" that there was someone closing the deal on MY car right now. This "business", and I use that term VERY, VERY loosely, sold the car right out from under me. This place is nothing but a money grubbing machine out for themselves. They do not care for the customer at all. Do not....DO NOT buy from this place, no matter how good the deal sounds.

I called Kargar Motors to make an appointment to see a car. I was told the car was in the shop so I called back almost everyday for a WHOLE MONTH to follow up on the car. I was told that it was at the dealership, the shop, and that the owner of Kargar Motors was driving the vehicle around for pleasure. I still patiently waited and after ONE WHOLE MONTH I was told the owner decided he doesn't want to sell it anymore. I tried to talk with Mike the manager but every time I called he's "always with a customer" and haven't received a call back for a WHOLE MONTH. They have the worst SERVICE possible and horrible communication skills. I highly recommend no one ever go to this dealership.

I requested some information about a car but never received any contact. It has been about 3 weeks now without any contact from the dealership. I bought a car elsewhere.

Made a deal over the phone drove over 600 miles to pick up tried to go back on our agreed price. Was to have a 3 month warranty didn't get it said it had a 30 day not very business like and I've been in business for myself for 26+ year's so I know how a business should treat their customers.

Never seen a better dealer then this if l ever need another car I will come back too Kargar motors
