Great customer service from everyone that I interacted

Great customer service from everyone that I interacted with. There was no hassle feeling like I was being pushed into getting a vehicle. Would like to give a shoutout to sales associates Audrey, who worked with me on getting the truck I got. She was very professional and always kept me updated on what was going on. Was knowledgeable about everything. She made sure that I got the truck I wanted and was happy with the truck and not just settled for . Also want to give a shout out to the Sam, the guy that done all the paperwork. Was very helpful and friendly and explained everything to where I understood what he was telling me. Great customer service with everyone. Would recommend Sam Leman dealerships to anyone. Will definitely go there next time for another vehicle.

We found a Ford F-150 Lightning on cars.

We found a Ford F-150 Lightning on cars.com and contacted Sam Leman. The made an offer on the truck and they countered and then we did. They said they received a full price offer on the original truck we wanted, so supposedly it was sold. We then purchased another Lightening from them. Funny thing, the original truck was still on the lot a week later and for sale. That didn’t impress us too much. We did buy the second truck and had a few hiccups with a charger for the truck, but they sent us one the next week. We worked with Frank on the purchase and he was a good guy.

Great communications!

Great communications! Not pushy, just keeping us updated on the status of the vehicle. It was a 2-1/2 hour drive for us to get to the dealership, but the dealership made the drive worthwhile, with the Nautilus sitting next to the building and ready for a test drive. Our salesperson, Matt, made sure we received an excellent offer for our trade (I really felt the need to negotiate, but their offer was right where I wanted to be!). As usual when you're buying a car, it takes time to get all the paperwork ready. I'm used to that. So far, we're very happy with our 2024 Lincoln Nautilus!

Chekhouna was my salesman and made the purchase extremely
