Went in there recently with a very strict budget.

Went in there recently with a very strict budget. Not only did the salesman not fully care about that budget, they outright ignored it. They then proceeded, even though I asked them not to run a credit check, to run a general " shotgun" credit check with all of their finances without explaining to me what was going on. The problem is I told him not to run a credit check because I already had a financing option but I needed my credit to stay where it was and by them shotgun checking my credit it tanked 10 points disqualifying me from my loan.

Fraud!

Fraud! False advertisement! No empathy! They finesse you, co-hoarse you into an agreement and when something goes wrong they will not help you. With documentations and pictures and evidence calls and text messages. My vehicle a 2024 Jeep broke down 3 days after leaving the lot Jose Galo said it was looked at by professionals and I shouldn’t have a problem. I was without a vehicle for a week. I contacted Lafontaine multiple times asking to speak with a manager, the manager blew me off until I told them I was contacted lawyers, he then finally helped me and gave me a rental for use until my vehicle was done in the shop. I left a review And was contacted multiple times after to “delete my review because my problem was solved” I would love to tell my story is anyone need more information!

Took 5 hours to install 4 tires.

Took 5 hours to install 4 tires. Can't even comprehend how it could take 5 hours. Stick to tire store for tires. When I called to check on statis, was on hold for 25 minutes before anyone answered.

Insufficient communication on time for Grand Cherokee

Insufficient communication on time for Grand Cherokee (cams and lifters took 7 days) repair and then recommended replacement of a radiator with pricing for parts exceeding the type required and cost for V8 model vs V6. Worst part was I refused replacement of radiator and 4000 miles later absolutely no issue at all. Also filled back tires with 72lbs of pressure for some reason… Would never recommend going to this unprofessional operator.

I recently had to have the passenger side remote mirror

I recently had to have the passenger side remote mirror replaced. The Service Representative, Brock, handled the details quickly and very efficiently. The part was delivered in a few days and installed in about an hour. I thought it would take longer but I was in and out quickly. Thankyou, Brock!

Could easily be the worst dealership service department I

Could easily be the worst dealership service department I have EVER dealt with. LaFontaine has destroyed this once dependable business that was Snethkamp. I have multiple Chrysler/Dodge vehicles and unfortunately this is the only true dealership within the area for these vehicles. The service department is a Fn joke. Oh make an appointment and they'll get you in but kiss your vehicle goodbye for weeks. My last vehicle in I had mechanically inspected before going in so I knew exactly what was wrong with it but yet they insisted on the vehicle needing thousands in other stuff that no other place i went said i needed. They told me they wouldn't do the work i requested unless I did all this extra stuff they claim I needed, I refused. Took my vehicle to another shop that isn't a dealer and guess what? Got it done for 1/10th what these clowns were quoting me. Also I called them no less than 8 times to find out how progress was going and they NEVER called me back once. I actually called other LaFontaine locations to inquire and other locations actually laughed about how slow that one is. It took them over a week to diagnose it and they gave me the exact same diagnosis I got on my code scanner in under 1 minute ten days before that they said they couldn't go by. So $175 for them to keep my vehicle for over a week and basically not do anything that entire time but plug their scanner to it and read it. yeah F this place.
