the dealership was good at getting me approved for a loan

the dealership was good at getting me approved for a loan but before that and after that i felt like they were being a bit pushie to get the sale..i also had my new vehicle in the shop twice already for the heater in my vehicle works when it wants to and no one can figure it out why and it’s making me looking like i'm just making it up when i'm not..so it’s going in again tmrw to be looked at for a third time..i hope they can figure it out and fix it cause i can’t take much more of this..

We thought we went at your pace considering we even traveled over 50 miles to pick you up and bring you to the dealership to see the vehicle. I am sure the service issue will be handled.

i know kenny came and picked me up and i appreciated that..i'm just letting you know how i felt ..i did ask kenny for a couple days the think about it meaning that i was not sure about buying the vehicle at that time and kenny reached out to me the next day so that is why i felt that..i'm not saying i'm not happy with my new vehicle as i am..all of you there at state line nissan are awesome..i appreciated everything you guys did to get me approved for the loan and everything else..i also am thankful you guys fixed the heat issue the vehicle was having after the third visit with you guys..i do apologize if i upset any of you as i never meant that..
