Service Department / Bad Experience
When I was trying to set up appointment for oil change, tire rotation and fuel pump, the service advisor/manager was not returning my calls. After I made appointment online, he called. I have had prior problems with this service advisor/manager in the past (in 2021) when he called back after almost one week and after my several calls and at least 6 voice messages which is absolutely not acceptable.

Customer service at its best!
Stopped in at 9:00am for a engine service light. I was told that it was only a bad spark plug. To replace the spark plug would only take about an hour. I was offered a loaner car to visit the Collection Mall for lunch while I waited for the repairs to be done. The repair took longer then an hour. So the Owner came out personally and offered his apologies. No charge for the work because of the time it took to get the job done. Customer service at it best.

I WOULD NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER SEND ANOTHER PERSON TO...
I WOULD NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER SEND ANOTHER PERSON TO THIS DEALER!!! I BOUGHT TWO CARS AT THE SAME TIME AND HAD ISSUES WITH THEM BOTH! THE ONE I DRIVE HAD A TRANSMISSION LIGHT ON AND NO BRAKES. GAVE ME NOTHING ON MY TRADE IN AND THE GM WAS TOO BUSY TO ADDRESS MY ISSUES AND WHEN HE DID HE ACTED LIKE HE WAS DOING ME A FAVOR. AFTER HAVING MY CAR 2 MONTHS THEY THAN SAID FIANANCING FELL THROUGH AND I HAD TO RETURN THE CAR AND MY TRADE IN WAS ALREADY SOLD AND IT WOULD TAKE WEEKS TO GET MY DOWN BACK AND SO I TOLD THIS DEALER WHERE TO SHOVE IT!! THEY GOT THE CAR FINANCED AFTER I TOLD THEM TO RETURN MY DOWN AND TRADE IN FIRST! RUN FROM THIS PLACE AND RUN FAST!!
