Zachery was so patient, polite, & very helpful when explaining our previous vehicle change to the new S60. He explained everything throughly, contacted geico as well when we picked up the new vehicle. Dave has been very helpful when dealing with the financial portion because our situation was a little complicated. He took the time to call us and let us know any changes right away. Brandon was also very helpful when showing me the car specs and making sure I was comfortable and if I had any questions to let him know. We’ve been coming to this dealership for 4 years & wont be changing anytime soon!

This one of the best service experiences I have had. Derrick, the service manager, made sure that the issue we had was addressed. John Li, our service rep, was polite, took our issues seriously and was very good with follow up. Even though he is newer to the team, he seems to really understand how the cars operate. And, he personally walked out with us and had us check the car to make sure our problem was resolved before we left the lot.
