Had a great experience at Rountree Moore Kia. We called and talked to Donnie Allen the day before letting him know we would be coming by. He had the car sitting out front waiting for us to take it on a test drive when we showed up the next day. Very friendly salesman and no pressure and answered any questions we had. They gave us a fair price on our trade in and beat the other dealer prices we had been to. I feel this dealership is very fair with their prices and every employee we dealt with was friendly!

We went in today to look for a new or used car. Charles...

We went in today to look for a new or used car. Charles came out to greet us and help us look. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles on his lot. He did not pressure us at all, he gave us the space we needed to discuss thing. Charles got the price down to where we needed. Coming to the dealership today we did not expect to walk out today with a brand new car at a great price. This could not have been done without his help along with the other staff who made this possible! Excellent customer service.

We are repeat customers of Rountree - Moore. When the opportunity came to purchasing a vehicle again, we did not hesitate to contact this dealer again. We were greeted by a very friendly sales consultant, Mark McRae. Mark answered all our questions and offered professional advice about the vehicle we selected. We were treated with dignity and enjoyed the friendly no-pressure atmosphere. We were introduced to Sales Manager Terry Kelly who worked with us to make sure we were completely satisfied with the sale. We met with very friendly Aaron Gresham who explained warranty and finance options available. Delivery Coordinator Mary Rountree was very gracious and made us feel like special customers. Finance Manager Mike Kelly who sold us our previous Rountree-Moore car thanked us for remembering the dealership wished us a safe trip home and invited us back again for our future needs. Rountree-Moore goes the extra mile to satisfy their customers. Our thamks to all involved in making the sale a great experience.
