Accomplished the goal...

To make a very long story short, I needed to find a replacement truck for the one I had, it had been totaled out. You can ask August about it... I had located several Chevy Silverados in the Chicago area... Yes I spent most of the day checking them out. The truck at Napleton was the first one I test drove... August Blanc was the salesman... After the test drive August asked me if we were ready to deal... I told him I had other trucks to check out... He told me this is the best deal in town... Little did I know he was right... After traveling all over Chicago and trying to deal with other car dealers, that was an experience I will never forget... We came back to Napleton Cadillac, with the help of August and Mike Smith we were able to close on the best deal in town. The professionalism and courtesy these two gentlemen showed me and my wife was tremendous... Thank you August and Mike, you helped us accomplish our goal.

Great Experience!!

Thank you to John Melus and Dominic Florio for the great experience of buying a Cadillac Escalade from Napleton of Libertyville. These guys deserve 5 stars for treating the customer with respect and making the transaction effortless!! Will definitely return in the future.

Honest and upfront

Had the pleasure to work with August and Dan. Knew coming in when I picked my vehicle that it was a good deal since I've been looking for a few months. They were very friendly and honest. Felt very comfortable with them. Definitely would return.

Rude people

Recently bought a car from them and was told everything worked on it. A day after buying it the check engine light came on. Now this is my third time bringing it back and I'm being told that I need to pay out of pocket.

Very nice and simple

Everyone from Tim Normoqle our sale consultant to the manager Todd who came over and said hi were very nice. They took their time and explained the process like the gentleman who helped us with our loan. We feel comfortable knowing that the service department will be maintaining our new car. Excellent service

Great place to buy a car please ask for Jeffrey Propp he is the BEST person to buy a car from because he listens to what you say and he does NOT push you to purchase a car. Every one is very nice and Jeff was patient with me and helped me get a car I'm extremely happy with. Thank you Paula and dave

Rockford Napleton

Nick and Brian at Rockford Napleton are very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and honest. They went over and beyond buying a car a pleasant experience. Made us feel important from the time we walked in door until we drove off in our new XT5. The wonderful gifts and flowers were very much appreciated.
