Avoid Strong Auto

We have had nothing but problems with the 2016 Yukon Denali that we purchased from Strong Auto. We were assured this vehicle had been thoroughly inspected and serviced, but not long after we purchased it the rear breaks literally fell off. We later learned that the bolts were not tightened properly when the mechanic at Strong Auto worked on the brakes. Luckily no one was hurt as a result of the gross negligence of the mechanic. The "thoroughly inspected and serviced" vehicle also needed front struts ($1,600) and tires ($1,200) when it was sold to us, and we have had issues with the A/C and transmission within the first few months of owning it. The Yukon is now at the GMC dealership with engine problem. We were ripped off by Strong Auto and would advise other to not do business with this dealership.

Do noy buy a vehicle here

They sell wrecked cars, and advertise them as accident free. Buyer beware, the car fax showed no accidents, but it was definitely wrecked... Stay away

Slimy dealership with good polishing

Appeared wholesome and nice until we talked number then salesperson was pushy. He consistently provided wrong information. Repairs promised done very poorly. Attempted to overcharge us $1000. Run away as quickly as you can. They are all about the bottom dollar.

Great car buying experience

Luis was an outstanding salesman, he was prompt, knowledgeable, and got us what we wanted quickly, even though it was an unplanned stop for us. Great quality, great price, great people. They actually treat you like you're a person instead of a wallet!

Incredibly staff and dealership

As someone who was fairly new to the car purchasing and financing process, I found Strong Auto to be a top tier dealership where transparency, friendliness, and no added pressure to buy where some of the greater attributes. I spent multiple hours with both Skippy and Brandon, where I was both comfortable and treated fairly. The whole staff is incredibly friendly, and the paperwork took 15 minutes at most. I would recommend anyone to shop at Strong Auto.

They want above and beyond to resolve an issue.

I bought a 2013 Toyota Avalon in Jan. that ended up having a couple of issues that I didn't see on the test drive and that I don't think Strong Auto could have anticipated either. Even though I bought the car "as is" they let me return it with no penalties almost a month later, something they didn't have to do. I then bought a 2012 Toyota Avalon from them that I like much better than my original purchase. Consider me a very happy and future repeat customer of Strong Auto!

Went to buy used car

The sales people were rude and pushy. The cars were previously wrecked and then repaired. I wasn’t comfortable with them asking me to use their bank for financing.

Bought used ford mustang

I bought a 2017 Ford Mustang here and the service was amazing. The detailing on the car was great looked brand new. I love the car. Thank you!

Tax Debacle

Matthew at Strong Auto was great to work with. Ransom was also a real pleasure. However, today when I went to get tags for my truck, I discovered that Strong Auto had collected the wrong amount of sales tax and now they expect me to pay the nearly $1,700 difference. They have admitted it was their mistake and yet refuse to make it right. Bottom line, I would never have made the deal if I knew this was how it would end up. Strong Auto, you screwed up and now you want me to make it right on my end? “These things can go either way...” What does that even mean? What things? The tax bill? And if they can go either way, then let’s have you pay the bill! Please send me a check for $1,687.50 - you have my contact info.

Great Experience

I had a great experience at Strong Auto with purchasing my first vehicle. Matt was extremely helpful and understanding throughout the entire process and Kris helped make sure that I stayed within my price range. Overall, it was a great and stress free experience
