Fast Track Motors

David and the guys over at Fast Track Motors are amazing and put me in the car I wanted very good guys over there I recommend highly.

Very poor customer service. They should send them for training, they should learn sells is not just all about selling, is't also require follow up , make sure you take care of your customer each possible way you can!!! Especially when the item is not a dollar store merchandise.

I was shopping online for a specific vehicle try to get the best prices from various dealers close by. This dealer does not like people that shop online! They took forever to even respond to emails and just wanted to get me to physically come to the dealership. The truck I was looking at had around 115000 miles on it, and was way overpriced for market value, especially with that many miles. At the end of the story I had to basically be rude to the guy and tell him I absolutely was not coming to the dealership unless he could tell me what the best deal he could do on the truck for me would be then I would decide if it’s worth my time going to check it out. He ended up telling me they wouldn’t budge on the price, I continued shopping around online and bought the same model truck “1 year older” with 70,000 less miles on it for 7,000 less than theirs was priced. I would not recommend even attempting to do business with these guys.

Mo and Jon make you feel like family from the start. Up front and honest. Super clean inventory. My kid loves his new Dodge Ram. You guys made his experience outstanding.

Car listed as great condition, in fact lots of mechanical issues. Scammed me with condition and price. Repair service suck, and they sell you lies more than real. Poor loyalty and honesty.

My business transaction of the ca purchase went very well with one exception, they promised to detail he vehicle but it was only washed. I would have addressed my complaint but I had a prior engagement and did not have the time to wait at the dealership. So far so good with the vehicle. In conclusion I would recommend this dealership to friends and family.

The car buying experience can be a horrible one, and I have had a few but at FAST TRACK MOTORS the experience was great. The guys were awesome, very professional and courteous, They explained the whole contract to me of which other places I have gone too didn't. I would definately recommend them to family and friends.

This dealership has wonderful and respecful people who are willing to listen to what you want and need in a car. They are willing to work with you in finding a great price and helping you understand everything.
