RUN!! Recently financed a 2017 bmw x3 that they jacked the price from 13,000 to 18,666 and forced me into extended warranty and gap insurance while lying and scamming saying the lender required it. Failed to give me all the contract paperwork. Started investigation w lender and they sent the loan back to the dealership so thank goodness I no longer have the vehicle. Than they took a check that was mailed to the dealership in my name for the first payment I made and cashed it with no intentions on giving it to me, it was from the lender with my name, guess protocol for the lender to send to dealer who is supposed to give to customer. I had to get the lender to contact dealer to get my money from the check. They are by far the worst! And will take full advantage of you

Typical used car dealer experience. Low price online. Then they added a dealer prep fee of 2500 and ridiculous other fees. Then when I wouldn’t agree to the sale they started talking about ethics at the other dealer I was looking at a car at. Well long story short I walked and bought my bmw at the bmw dealer. I got the exact same year and model with less miles, comparative options, and full BMW inspection without the extra 3-4k in “fees”. I’d avoid like the plague. It’s definitely the kind of shady used car dealer that gives the industry a bad name. I also think they might not be used to a customer who has excellent credit and a loan already approved as well as enough cash in the bank to just buy the car. They definitely push their financing on you big time.

Fast Track Motors fairly priced the vehicle we were interested in but the $2600 fees requested in the bill of sale was a complete surprise and should have been disclosed up front. We asked our salesman if the fees were negotiable and never heard back. We have since purchased a vehicle from another company.

All staff very friendly and make you very comfortable during transaction. They are very fair and transparant on all fees as well This is my third purchase with them and won’t be the last one.
