Worse service and attitude in the world.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I recently went in to test drive and ask some questions. Ended up deciding to buy a tesla that day. The "sales advisor" was just awful- he didn't know how to explain anything and just kept repeating the same sentence when I said I don't understand, I would like you to explain it differently. Then he has me standing there for 2.5 hours ordering my car on my cell phone instead of using any of the 50 ipads or computers around the store. If I wanted to order my car on my phone, I could have done it from home. I expected a dealership to be a little more professional. He was completely useless and talked down to me the whole time. I'm a woman and he looked at the two men I came with instead of addressing me even though I was the buyer. The car was then delivered to my home after 10 PM with no call/text/email saying they were there. Literally just left it on my driveway blocking my other cars with no other info. I spent two hours on the phone with them the next morning to get everything sorted out. Next, the service center: Since I bought a new car, I needed to get some servicing done to fix some panel gaps and interior trim. It took about 2 days and they messaged in the app saying they were done and I could come pick it up. When I saw my car, there were muddy boot prints all over the inside of my car and it was in worse condition than when I left it. I informed them that it was not OK and I wanted the car cleaned before I took it back so they agreed to that. The next day when I called to find out if it was done, I talked to some guy at the service center who had the worst attitude in the world. I honestly hope I never have to deal with the horrible people at this place ever again. To be fair, a couple of the sales associates are super kind and helpful, but not the one I had.

Delivery shouldn’t be this difficult

The Tesla store in the Tyson Corner mall is great, but that’s where the customer service ends. When you head over to the dealership, expect misleading or flat out lies. I’ve been working on a simple trade for a week. My trade came in acceptable and I’m ready to close the deal but the sales agent fell off the planet. Stopped answering emails and voicemails are full. Other employees have their own clients so you feel like they work you in whenever they have time. It’s never a good thing when you feel as though you are begging a company to take your money. Look for another dealership

Dwarby

Was really excited about making the move to purchase an all electric vehicle after having a hybrid for many years.Upon arrival at dealership with trade in car,Amir gave me price quote on my trade in for Tesla drmo car w/5k miles on.day of my financing they reduced my car trade in by $800, and increased total sale price of Tesla by 3k NOT the original numbers discussed and written. Had to fight tooth and nail to get him to allow me to drive the used demo-wouldnt let me and I was insistent.Told car had damaged wheel being replaced and found car with multiple rim damage which they said would NOT be replaced.Did not proceed with transaction as this was very sketchy. They also refused to return by $100 deposit for the vehicle despite my claiming bait and switch. Buyer beware

Getting worse

We have two Model 3s. An early version and a premium plus. Both were delivered with issues that needed to be addressed right away. My wife's problems were mostly minor. Mine were minor overall as well. My blinker would not stop automatically and was overly sensitive. The second issue was the charge port would not release. I had to use the emergency pull in the trunk to get it out. For the blinker they changed the part out but failed to tighten the clamp back on the steering column so it would wiggle and felt loose. The charge port I was fine I thought but recently I needed to use the emergency release and it isn't connected. When I pull it it is not connected and you can hear the end of the cable swing freely. So two issues upon delivery and two issues that were not correctly repaired. To make things worse my car also gets a smelly feet smell when I first start driving and it's been hot. It goes away after 3-5 minutes so I wasn't overly concerned. Since I have to get the charge port fixed AGAIN I decided to add it to my service ticket. I got a text telling me it would cost $150 to change the cabin filters. Keep in mind the smell appeared after only 4-5 months of ownership. So for my inconvenience caused by them they want to further charge me what seems really high for cabin filters. I rarely write reviews but I'm so frustrated I'm writing a few over this. As much as we love the cars. Clearly enough to buy two. Tesla doesn't seem ready for prime time. To have two cars both delivered with issues is just unacceptable.

Horrible Service

The level of service at this location has been horrible. I absolutely love the Tesla product but have had absolutely no luck with their service personnel. They are quick to hide behind excuses about how quickly the company has grown and explain that everything is out of their control. They will gladly stand in front of you promising to follow up or fulfill a request and then ignore subsequent calls and emails. I have waited months to receive simple parts and been mislead more times than I can count as to the status and location of these parts. I genuinely hope that other Tesla service centers are better but unfortunately this has been the only location within a driving distance of my home.

Nightmare

Stay away from this Service Center. Has to be ranked the worst in the East Coast. From Delivery of our TESLA to completing Delivery Due Bills Items has been a nightmare. Consumers be warned.

Oh hold for well over an hour (was told 40 minutes

Had new Tesla 3 delivered a few days ago. Developed problems trying to remove charger cable. Called dealer service department and was told would be on hold for 40 minutes. It's been now 1 hour 10 minutes and I have a work meeting. This is not acceptable customer service
