If you are in the market for a new Tesla… go somewhere else. Anywhere else. It’s known that Tesla doesn’t negotiate on prices. Fine. We came to buy a Tesla at this location. A new Model Y. We worked with a sales guy named Pham. The car we wanted would have to be ordered and we didn’t want to wait. So I pointed to a demo car on the lot (the sales guy told me we could purchase it) and I said “How much is THAT car.” He said “Let me go get the VIN and I can look it up.” He came back, put the VIN into his computer and he gave me the price. Fast forward to finalizing the sale (over a hour later) and I notice the starting price is now $3000 higher than what we were quoted/had agreed upon. When I asked about that, I was told “well you have to pay extra for x, y, and z.” When I pointed out to him that he had not mentioned that in the beginning and that I had asked him for the price of that specific car so I assumed that was all already rolled in, he started to argue with me that “I should know that paint color, etc is extra.” Yes. I do know. But when I asked for the price of a specific car on the lot (not for a generic base model) he gave me a number. Much arguing ensued during which he yelled at me at one point and claimed the misunderstanding was my fault, we asked for a manager. The manager (can’t remember his name but he had neck tattoos) tried talking circles and confuse me with math. At no point did they even apologize for making a mistake. It was all implications that we were stupid for just not knowing. They had no intention of trying to make it right. So if you I was to be disrespected, come here. If you just want a Tesla without drama, order online and pick up somewhere else. It’s a shame that a good product is weighed down by awful, unprofessional personnel who have no business being in sales. This place is awful.

The purchasing experience was great. However not so much with the service center interaction. I bought my Model Y and got the delivery on Nov 17th. I called the service center at Tysons Corner, VA as I have 1 month complementary Full Self Drive feature available to try out but the Summon feature is not available. The person I talked to told me that Tesla is having issues with the software and Summon feature is not available for a lot of people as they have been getting calls. Their engineers are working on it. As I asked that my promotional FSD is going to expire on Dec 17th and if I don't get the update by then and don't get to use the Summon feature then what happens, they service personal told me that there is nothing Tesla can do and it has been the policy like that for ever with Tesla. So basically even though I am entitled to have that service for the first month and they are not able to make that available to me, they will simply not do anything about it. FSD has an additional 8k price tag and I don't get to try it out and if I want to try out, I basically have to make the purchase and pay 8k or take monthly subscription. That I thought was pretty lame of Tesla and felt like Tesla doesn't care about me as much as an existing customer as they did when I was a potential buyer. I hope enough people are having this issue to start a class action against Tesla.

We ordered a Tesla, and the financing was approved. We made the down payment and purchased insurance from Tesla. After waiting for 10 days, on the day we received the car, I noticed when we got home that there was a typo in my last name on the DMV registration document. I requested them to fix it. Instead, they canceled the financing. Due to their mistake, they have wasted months of our time. From the very beginning, I had provided them with my ID and Social Security card. Now I want to buy another car, but they are delaying the refund of the money I paid. I do not recommend anyone to come here. The people working here are incompetent.

We scheduled a test drive and when we arrived it was waiting for us. The representative was very helpful and spent over a hour with us discussing all the features of the Tesla. Very informative. There was no pressure. However it was not clear if we could get a Tesla before the $7500 tax credits would Expire. They were very helpful. Thanks

They won’t even answer the phones. At minimum ten or more tries to get through . A sales team an operator nobody answers the phones so what’s going on

I have been fortunate to have highly knowledgeable and proficient technicians taking care of my Tesla. Their honesty and efficiency in getting the work done have been impressive. Being a Tesla owner for the past five years, I can say that their expertise has made my ownership experience even more enjoyable.

Delivery day was great. The staff were helpful and friendly. I was in and out and included a trade-in. No problems with the process or staff.

Waiting almost 60 days to receive paperwork to registered car. Already gone through one set of temp plates. Called and only answer I get is they will email someone and call me back. NOT Took delivery of the car on Sunday. When driving away and getting on the interstate the car would not go over 35 mph. Guess what that doesn’t work on interstate 66! Pulled over and called their roadside number for help. They could not tell me what was wrong and told me to have it towed. So I Google it and a person did a you tube as to what was wrong. It was never taken out of “transport mode”. So once this was done it drove perfectly except for the nail that I picked up on the shoulder. Brought it to the dealership and they charged me $125 to fixed it. Only thing I got was a laugh and saying they never seen a car returned that quick. If you want to buy a Tesla do not buy from Tyson Corner Virginia dealership. Buyer beware!!!

Hard to get any help. The Staff were friendly and helpful when they get the time to help you, but it was difficult to find anyone and the wait times were long. The car pickup process was even worse, after spending 10 min finding my car I noticed there were a few missing things... (inspection stickers, plates, hub caps were not on wheels, etc...). The pickup experience is far below expectations.

Horrible service. Entered the showroom and immediately felt like the staff did not want me there. When I finally was able to make eye contact with an employee to ask some questions, he was extremely unhelpful. Making me think twice about Tesla
