Do not shop at this Toyota dealership, buy else where. They will sell a defective product, like a Pearl White vehicle with a known paint defect, and not fix it. They will even have a person (Lamont Goss Sr.) tell you to schedule an appointment and "we will take care of you" only to NOT take care of you. I have the email to prove it. Stick with the brand, Toyota vehicles are awesome, just avoid this dealership. I known defect in pearl white paint jobs will make you lose all your value of your car, they will promise you a repair for THEIR defective vehicle, and not deliver. Buy a different color Toyota, but most importantly, at a different dealership.

Drove 6 hours to look at a vehicle must have had some type of misunderstanding with my out the door price to find when I got there all the fees were not included then a lady that answers the phone when I ask to speak to the sales manager give me the runaround and would not let me speak to them what for customer service!!!!!!!

No pressure and answered every question honestly which was a pleasant change from other dealerships. I forgot the name of the finance person but he was also top notch. He took his time explaining all finance options and left the decisions up to us without pressuring to any particular lender. Every step of the process from test driving to signing papers was so easy, never pressured and always informed. We just purchased a brand new Toyota Sequoia Platinum and had the most wonderful experience at Bommarito Toyota. It is our first Toyota purchase (we previously owned all Chevy vehicles) and Rachel made the process smooth and basically effortless. Upon our arrival, Rachel had the car fully ready to go. All stickers and plastic removed, gas tank full, paperwork filled out. We were in and out in an hour and a half. It felt like a high end purchasing experience and Rachel was an incredible professional - when spending over $80,000 on a car, I have expectations for service and Rachel exceeded them.
