When I put her my Jeep Cherokee from Maguire I was in heaven. It was everything I ever wanted. The sales man was kind and helpful. Not even a full 60 days later, the car had multiple problems with the muffler & muffler system. Really, after not even 2 months??! I contacted Maguire to see if my warranty would cover this, and of course it didn’t. It was a $3,500 fix. Fast forward to today (8/1/23) my car’s check engine light came on, along with other lights as well. I call to make an apt for my car to get looked at & they can’t get me in until September 12, with no loaner & only shuttle car. Am I supposed to shuttle car all 3 of my kids all day long? Very unsympathetic. I pay extra for a better warranty as well, and this is how I get treated? I have had Mazda, lincoln & Nissan & this has never been an issue for me. I strongly suggest not to go to this dealership. They are screwing people over.

Greg was able to get us what we wanted, at the payment we needed. He was professional and attentive to our needs! Our sales guy Mark was right there to help with any needs during the sales process. These guys were great from start to finish!
