It was the end of the day (4:30pm) and the ABS, Traction...
It was the end of the day (4:30pm) and the ABS, Traction control and 4X4 light illuminated on my dash 2-3 times and wouldn’t reset. I called the service department and they said to bring it right in and they would have a loaner for me and look at my car the next day. I was in and out with a loaner. The service writer was quick and swift, wasting no time. He explained everything showing even showed me Chrysler’s high tech systems (all virtual). Along with explaining the precautions they were taking due to Covid-19.( seat and steering wheel covers.. these should stay AFTER the covid crisis is over, it’s a GREAT touch in the care of your vehicle) The next day I got the call that my vehicle was ready. I picked it up on my way home from work. Yet again quick and swift with checking me out (warranty, factory issue) and yet again explained everything that was done to my vehicle. Nothing but a CLASS ACT. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Buying process was extremely confusing... Threw a ridiculous amount of numbers at you hoping to confuse you. Did not like the buying process there. Took FOREVER to get the deal done. Probably won’t go back again. I’ll go back to FX Caprara. Much easier process, much quicker.
