Maguire has the best prices in the area. Josh, my salesman was excellent to work with. They also have a 3 day guarantee return, which I had to use. No strings attached, no extra fees or charges. I highly recommend at least stopping by to talk to someone at Maguire's if you are looking for a vehicle, you'll probably end up buying there.

The service at Maguire was great. We started looking at cars in Ithaca with Teresa and she was great then we ended up going to Syracuse to test drive the car I ended up buying. Josh up there was really great and knowledgeable. He was accommodating and didn’t try to push me in to something I couldn’t afford.

My wife and I had an enjoyable experience at Maguire. Both our sales consultant and Tamara and the sales manager Jeff were great. We left happy new vehicle owners. We did have an issue with the new vehicle. Maguire was very prompt to get it repaired.

I was very happy with the sales man Arthur Colagiovanni . He took very good care of us and helped us find the vehicle that we were looking for . He took us on a test drive and and asked us how the vehicle was driving and handling. When picking up the car he explained all the paper work that we were signing. Then went out to the vehicle with us and showed us how to operate everything inside the vehicle. When walking into the dealership you are greeted with everyone saying hello and may we help you. All the paperwork was explained very well. They explain the history of the dealership and who owed it and who ran it. They also told you that you could contact the owner if we had any question. This was probably the best car buying experience that I have ever had.

My lease is due. I am ready to buy. I am committed to a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited or Toyota Highlander. I stopped in on a week night at 6pm. A salesperson met me promptly and offered information - very nice. You had the right color, options, price (and I much appreciated the price shown on the car not just the sticker). Lets do this I thought! I am a well over qualified customer who choses to lease when I could buy for cash. We drove it, I loved it. So we entered showroom. I was offered a water and a seat. And there I sat while she went into the manager bullpen. I watched and listened for 10 minutes while 2 "managers" and my sales rep laughed about a story of a 2 year old kid one of them have. I was shocked at the disrespect for my time. I didn't even have a trade (planned to turn in to leasing company separately). So it was as clean as what was on the windshield. Yet, there I sat. Wasting my time waiting while they chatted and laughed. Hope it was worth it. At 10 minutes (yes I timed it) I finally just walked out. they did watch me leave but no one bothered to stop me. Really sad that you pay these guys to giggle. BTW - don't bother contacting me, I leased a Highlander a week later.

Purchased a new RAM 3500 Tradesman 6.4L Hemi from Maguire yesterday. I can honestly say i enjoyed the entire experience, from my first contact through picking up my new truck. Jeff Manning immediately made me feel like family. I will be buying our vehicles from Maguire going forward. No haggling, easy financing, and same day pick up. I couldn't have asked for more!

Although I haven't been to the actual dealership I have previewed used trucks. The Internet Manager got right back to me, provided me answers to all my questions, including the out-the-door price of vehicles, and followed up. I highly recommend this dealership's site when shopping for a new or used vehicle.
