We were greeted immediately and treated with importance. When my first choice didn’t work out, AJ found a superior substitute. Finance manager , Will?, was also kind and knowledgeable. I drove home my new car that night!

It was easy, thorough, and timely. The maintenance manager was polite and personable. He made sure my needs had been met. The car was ready and washed when I picked it up.

Don’t waste your time with these guys! Over priced. They say market value but I pulled up market value and they are still 3k plus higher than that AND the car is beat to heck from hail.

I always Have great service when I take my car here to get the oil changed. Kevin Is always so kind and so helpful. He is very helpful with the report at the end and explains everything to me. They are in and out and they do a great job! I have always taken my car here for every oil change!

We drive an hour and a half to use the service department at Andy Mohr. We even have one an hour closer but can’t get an appointment for an oil change for a month. Andy Mohr always takes good care of us and our cars.

The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Firstly, I recommend getting pre-approved for your loan. The employees at Andy Mohr VW were quick to respond to my inquiry on the vehicle I was interested in and we got a test-drive scheduled. When my husband and I arrived for the test drive, I met with the person I'd been mainly communicating with and she introduced us to Carlos Fransisco - and he was great! He was honest, just very real, and answered any/all questions we had. On our test drive, we took the vehicle to our trusted mechanic who said all was in very good condition minus there's a slow leak from the coolant reservoir and cap, but to inform the dealership and they should either order/install a new one or order the parts for us to take to our mechanic. When I got back and informed Carlos, he said that because the vehicle in particular that we were looking at was already discounted a fair amount that they would order the part and then we could take it to our mechanic - which we were absolutely fine with! Then when it was time for all the heavy paperwork/turning over the deposit, Carlos took us to the business manager, Nick Gibson. Nick was also great! Very down-to-earth and relatable. When he was showing us all the add-ons we could do, he shot straight: He said, "here are all that are available, here are the three most commonly chosen, and this one is truly the only one I'd recommend." You hear many horror stories about getting a used/new vehicle and how shady dealerships/salesman can be - but Andy Mohr VW is definitely not that stereotype.
