Total Motors of Le Mars

I originally test drove a vehicle at the dealership in November 2018. The vehicle was in excellent condition, but had more miles than I wanted. Wyatt (the salesperson) did a great job of staying in contact without being too pushy. Originally, we thought we wanted a bigger vehicle, but ended up deciding on a smaller SUV two months later. We were really glad Total had the right model with the right amount of miles in excellent condition. I was so impressed with Total Motors. Everyone we dealt with went the extra mile and provided exceptional professional and courteous service.

I have been trying to find a pickup like this for quite sometime. Robert and Ty work well together and it shows through their hard work in finding the best vehicle that fits your needs.

We needed to replace a 10 year old Jeep Libery that our kids drive. We got ahold of Ty and gave him our price range, and in a matter of 30 minutes he had several choices for us. Went and test drove the car, and it was above our expectations. They fixed the small dent, and replaced the windshield as well. We have had GREAT experiences with Ty, and thanks to Robert for working with us when Ty was a bit busy. I would highly recommend Total Motors!

Process was fine as I am a pretty easy sale. Delivery took far too long in my opinion but the is likely not on the dealership.

Overall it was a decent experience. I like the people at the dealership. If I had a complaint it would be that I had to do all the investigation and checking on all available rebates and deals. Being a long-term, loyal customer I would have expected deals to be presented to me. I work hardest on my purchase to get a deal and save me money.
