The car was fixed well. The gentleman was very nice when I checked out. The car was fixed in a shot time. Every thing looks well on the car.

My experience at Total Motors was excellent! Adam in sales and Jason in the business office did a great job and made the process go smoothly. This is the second truck I?ve purchased from this dealership and will recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I have bought 2 vehicles from you, and I have brought my 3rd vehicle to you also. Sometimes I feel that your service department is too busy to talk to the customer. Not always the friendliest. I have always done my business in lemars when I could come closer to where I live to have my vehicles serviced.

very disappointed, bought a car from them 2 months ago.

very disappointed, bought a car from them 2 months ago. now it's is clunking, so i called to make a appointment they took all vehicle information down. drove a hour and a half to get there, only to be told i would have to make appointment at their dealer in Sheldon, which is also a hour away. not only did i have to take the day off for this appointment, also had to have my kids picked up quite the operation to only be sent home. without even looking at the car very irritating. due to my job i do deal with a large percent of our community here in spencer, i will be sure to pass on my disappointment with your dealer ship, especially since i hear your advertisements on our radio station.

My wife has been a loyal customer there for years.

My wife has been a loyal customer there for years. She was looking to upgrade were vechicle and was snubbed by the salesman, and gave her a ridiculous offer on her trade. Her vechicle is only a year old with low miles. I don't feel thar is how you should treat a loyal customer, and all of her service was done there as well. I guess you must need the right "name" to be able to deal there. I would sure hope they take better care of their other loyal customers. I would like to say more, but I will keep it professional.
