Marcel’s person was Muhammad, he was able to answer every single question and made me feel comfortable. Absolutely knowledgeable with Teslas and I bought the car in my dreams from him exactly what I wanted. He made the transaction flawless and after I purchased a vehicle. He helped me with the app and setting everything up so I could drive home to North Carolina with FSD. I highly recommend him and if I ever purchase a Tesla, he’s my guy.

My experience at MOTORDOINT Roswell was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I arrived at 10 AM ready to purchase a vehicle, but by 2 PM I still didn’t have a car. Initially, I was in the process of buying a vehicle that had already been approved by my bank. While the paperwork was being completed, I even went as far as adding the car to my insurance. Then, out of nowhere, I was told that someone else had already placed a deposit on the vehicle—and they gave the car away. This was after I had already invested significant time and taken steps assuming the deal was finalized. After that, things only got worse. For the next four hours, I was shown vehicles that were either unavailable or not ready, with repeated promises that led nowhere. It felt like a complete waste of my time and energy. Overall, the experience felt like a bait-and-switch. The lack of communication, organization, and respect for my time was unacceptable. I left extremely frustrated and disappointed. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a smooth or honest car-buying experience.

My experience wasn’t a happy one because I wasn’t able to ride out with the car I wanted but I did enjoy my time there. My sale agent Ryan and the manager was really cool and seemed helpful. After all my years buying cars this is the first place I wasn’t able to get the deal done but because they treated me so well I left with a smile. I Still have my fingers crossed on a call back saying they was able to get me in the car I wanted. I would recommend buying a car from them.

Initially hamza and the dealer exhibited a captivating demeanor when attempting to sell me a car. They assured me that the vehicle was in excellent condition upon purchase. However, upon acquiring the car, I discovered numerous issues. I had purchased the car for $150,000, but it was not functioning properly. I decided to take it to a repair shop and engaged in a conversation with the dealer. They promised to address the issues, but their actions were to initiate a claim through the warranty, which I personally paid for. Now, after two weeks, my car remains in the shop and I am unable to use it. The dealer has not responded to my calls, and I have already incurred over $10,000 in repair costs. Therefore, I strongly advise against purchasing a car from this dealer. They may be a luxury dealer, but they have proven to be a luxury scam. I recommend avoiding this dealer at all costs to prevent wasting your time and money.

He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I never felt pressured and felt confident throughout the experience. Went in to buy a car that was listed at a fair price, but when it came time to sign, they had tacked on hundreds of dollars for something called ‘Surface Protection.’ I never asked for it, and it wasn’t optional. When I questioned it, they gave me the runaround, saying ‘it’s already been applied.’ Classic bait and switch. Be careful—they inflate the price with unnecessary add-ons to pad their pockets. Not transparent, not honest. Won’t be back.
