My recent experience at Motorpoint Roswell left a lot to

My recent experience at Motorpoint Roswell left a lot to be desired. What started as a promising deal quickly devolved into a frustrating ordeal filled with unexpected charges and unfulfilled promises. The initial agreed-upon price for the vehicle was not honored when I arrived to pick it up. This was just the beginning of the issues. Despite verbal confirmations that a charger, along with several other features and warranties, would be included, none of these were present with the vehicle. To add insult to injury, I was hit with an additional fee simply because I chose not to finance through their dealership. The promised charger, which Alyque assured me he had ordered, has yet to materialize. The entire process felt like a textbook example of shady used car dealership tactics. During negotiations, and especially when the missing features came to light, the owner of the dealership was present but never introduced himself. Instead, he would speak to Alyque in a different language, seemingly instructing him on what to say to me. This was incredibly rude and unprofessional; he could have easily addressed me directly. If you're considering purchasing a vehicle here, proceed with extreme caution. While you might stumble upon a good deal, I strongly advise against being as trusting as I was. Get everything in writing and thoroughly verify all promised features and pricing before signing anything.

Bought my first Tesla from Rameez.

I have had very disappointing experience with Motorpoint

I have had very disappointing experience with Motorpoint dealership, and I would strongly advice anyone considering doing business with them to look elsewhere. These guys have no integrity and are only interested in generating profit at all costs. I have contacted the dealership and spoke with a salesperson named Faizal. He seemed nice and accommodating but appeared to ether know nothing about the cars he was selling or purposefully deceiving the buyers. He incorrectly told me the type of battery and the hardware computer present in the car I was interested in purchasing and half an hour after I submitted the deposit, informed me that the information he previously gave me was incorrect. He texted me "yes, I can confirm that the car has hardware 3" What do you mean "yes"?? you previous said it had HW 4. He admitted the mistake but insisted that the deposit was not refundable because the car was taken off the market. Another lie - the car remained online for another 2 weeks. I eventually contacted the general manager by the name of Alyque who promised me to return the deposit. Fast forward 2 months and multiple texts and emails - tons of excuses and no refund. I finally disputed the transaction with the credit card and received a refund. If they are willing to be so dishonest with a small matter of $1030, imagine their response if you actually purchase a car and more money is on the line. Stay away!

Had the worst experience purchasing cars at this dealership. During my purchase of a 2025 Model 3 at the dealership in April, I asked the salesperson multiple times about the sales tax since my trade-in was worth more than my purchase. I was told I still had to pay tax for the Tesla. It was listed for 39.9k, and I paid 42.5k (2.5k tax). After checking with multiple tax professionals, I realized I got scam. No tax should be paid. It's been about 4 weeks since I addressed this problem with the dealer. The manager just keeps saying he's waiting for responses from his upper manager. I understand it's my fault for not knowing the tax law well enough before purchasing this car, but the unprofessionalism of this dealership also sickens me. I hate to use the word "scam" but it sure does feel like one.

Extremely unprofessional.

Extremely unprofessional. They were unable to complete my registration in time and decided to send to me to complete after the registration late fee deadline. Multiple attempts were made to contact them and weeks later has not been resolved. I recommend you try somewhere else if you value communication and your money.

I had the pleasure of working with Alque the general

I had the pleasure of working with Alque the general manager of Motorpoint Roswell. My experience of working with Alque was average at best. He initially told me one thing over the phone, and then after arriving to the dealarship that offer changed. He attempted to manipulate the numbers to appear he gave me the same cost. However i was able to show him that he was wrong, and that was not going to purchase the automobile under these new terms. After negotiating, we were able to come to agreement. My suggestions to all new buyers, be careful, read each form prior to signing, and hold him to his offer.

I started working with Motorpoint Roswell a week ago

I started working with Motorpoint Roswell a week ago (March 20th) to buy a vehicle online and have it shipped. After three days of being ignored, they finally initiated my contract. They sent me the paperwork to review and sign, but they disregarded my requests to stick to a budget. I asked to purchase the vehicle as-is, without additional products, yet they tacked on over $3,000 in anti-theft and protection packages—plus a $50 charging fee for an electric vehicle. Since when do you pay a fuel fee at a dealership? Apparently, you do at Motorpoint Roswell. I emailed them with questions about the contract, but two days later, I’ve received no response. The online list price didn’t match the contract price, and to make matters worse, they sent me a PDF of the paperwork with one price and a link to digitally sign a contract with a different price. It’s baffling to even think about doing business with them. In short, over eight days, I’ve been repeatedly ignored, dealt with inconsistent paperwork, faced hidden fees, false advertising of the list price, and even an incorrect sales tax amount.
