We had an excellent car buying experience at Piazza...

We had an excellent car buying experience at Piazza Subaru and our salesman, Tom Emmons, was very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. We do not buy a new car without making a few trips to the dealership to make sure we are picking the right car. We love our new Forester, our first Subaru, and Tom was prepared to answer all our questions. The actual purchase took place without a hitch. Before we left the dealership, we spent a lot of time with Peter who thoroughly went over every detail of the car. We've never experienced that thoroughness when buying a new car. We plan to use Piazza Subaru for service. We would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a Subaru, and when we eventually replace our Tahoe, we have our eye on an Ascent!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE 1 STAR. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER!!! AFTER CONFIRMING IN WRITING A NEGOTIATED PRICE AND FINANCING TERMS WITH A $500 DEPOSIT... GREG SLYE, THE MANAGER WOULD NOT HONOR ANYTHING DARCEY THE INTERNET SALES REP AND I AGREED ON. THEIR RESPONSE WAS THE MORNING MANAGER WAS GONE FOR THE DAY AND HE WAS UNABLE TO HONOR WHAT WAS CONFIRMED, EVENTHOUGH I HAD IT IN WRITING!!! PERFECT EXAMPLE OF BAIT AND SWITCH. CAN'T BELIEVE THIS STILL HAPPENS!!! SAVE YOURSELF A TRIP, PATIENCE AND AGREVATION. DO NOT LET SOME xxx MANAGER GET AWAY WITH THIS AGAIN. NOT A GOOD PRACTICE!! THEY HAVE A PIAZZA ADVANTAGE PROGRAM THAT IS SUPPOSEDLY INTERESTED IN MAKING YOU A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE...YEAH RIGHT... IT'S MORE LIKE A SUCKER FOR LIFE!! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO ANOTHER DEALER WHO VALUES YOUR TIME AND BUSINESS, ESPECIALLY DURING A GLOBAL PANDEMIC!!

Excellent Service

During the covid 19 pandemic, I received a recall for my Forester. I contacted them, from the first call till the repair and pick up. The Customer service was great, they used all the safe precautions. The service repair department noticed my car needed another service that was under warranty, and they took care of that right away.

I have not a single complaint regarding any facet of my purchase 3 years ago, through all of my maintenance needs. The service staff are polite, accommodating, and the quality of the repairs excellent. I would encourage any considering purchasing a car here not to hesitate.

It was 12000 mike service in the new facility. I was nervous about being there with the corona virus pandemic. Everything was well handled with wearing masks and being able to keep distances in the waiting room. Someone realized that I could also get the yearly inspection. By doing that, I could save one more trip out in public.

Took care of everything needed

Appointment was for yearly inspection which was readily taken care of. But I was also provided with some information regarding a routine maintenance need and while there a recall issue was also taken care of. Throughout the wait time I was kept informed of all that was happening with my Forester (which I totally love)

Car are

I had three check up at this dealership never a car was always a problem with car wash never an offer to pay for car wash after all I paid for the service . The rep was very rude argued with me.
