Piazza Subaru of Limerick

Headlight replaced under warranty. This resulted in constant high beam flashes by oncoming traffic. Explained to service manager who repeatedly told us these lights are bright and cannot be adjusted. We had this car for almost four years and never had high beam flashes but since replacement we get it every time we drive at night. I had to explain to the service manager that they can be adjusted and to please google how this is done. After 3 visits he finally adjusted them after refusing to road test this at night so he could see exactly what was going on. Instead would only park in front of garage wall and say they look straight. Bought two Subaru?s here, love Subaru but my third will be purchased elsewhere

I brought my car in for 6000 mile check up. It was during the Christmas rush and it took a little longer than I expected so I had to return to have it completed because I had to leave after 1 hour and 15 minutes to go to another appointment. They completed the work but I missed out on a car wash that was offered to me on the original visit. I was a little bummed.

The staff is always helpful and willing to check in with you. They make sure to notify you about any repairs or concerns about your vehicle before fixing them. They always do a nice job with keeping things clean and neat.

This is the second Subaru I bought at Piazza in 4 years. My salesperson, Bob W., both times, made me feel comfortable and did not pressure me on anything. He answered all my questions and was very honest. Plus, they had the best deal out of three dealerships.
