We bought a 2018 cx9 and It was supposed to be detailed...
We bought a 2018 cx9 and It was supposed to be detailed for us the next day. We got a call the next day the car was ready to go, it was not near ready. Wheels were dirty with brake dust and the the interior was not touched. Motor compartment was just brushed over and smudged. I felt bad for my wife so when I got home I detailed it for her. I didn't bother to make a fuss because I was not going to leave and come back for the car the next day. Sales department did there job. Got the car moved fast.

The car I requested to test drive was set aside for me with my name on the dash. This was huge as after requesting to test drive a car at another dealership within the piazza family the car I drove an hour to test drive had been sold earlier in the day. True white glove service at Mazda!

Work completed in time promised. Really liked and appreciated the video of the "work in progress" and multipoint inspection. Didn't get too pushy about selling me extra (unnecessary) work. And had service coupon from Piazza Honda honored which was really appreciate as well!
