Asking Price was a Lie

Non-Honest Pricing. Added fees on top of the asking price for fixing the car breaks and bumper(needed to be done regardless) which should've been included in the original asking price. Was visibly less interested in our sale because it was being bought outright and not financed. Ended up making the trip for no reason, they do not negotiate price or fees at all.

Excellent People

Adam’s Auto Group is a great dealership! I got approved! I’m 18 with absolutely no credit, and I still got approved for my first truck and I’m beyond happy with it! They are very patient and worked with my needs. Luis is a great salesperson who really does care about his customer’s happiness. Thank you Adam’s Auto Group and I will be sure to come back and recommend my friends and family!

Happy to see Mohammed again after 7 years.

Mohammed will treat you with the up most respect, after a quick introduction and explaining of what I was looking for. Mohammed went above and beyond my expectations and was able to find me the best deal for me and my budget. I STRONGLY recommend him and Adamsautogroup.

Excellent

Out of all the dealerships on route 46 by little ferry Adams Auto Group has given me a smooth experience on buying my car. especially Rose she went above and beyond to help me get the car and even recommended an insurance company that worked around my price range. as well as Mohamed. He was the one that helped me find the car I wanted. Moe helped me through every step and it all went very well. I am surprised at how well everything went. if you want to buy a car here I would strongly recommend this dealership. and the sales team here.

Don't make the same mistake I did!!

Real Piece of S*** Company. I brought a supposedly new 2017 Lancer off there lot. Sleezy a** sales man Steve pulled every sneaky trick her could to make sure I drove off same day. I put $1,500 down and my 2002 Hyundai Accent which would cover I guess the other $500.. All of this was supposed to bring my payments to about $460 a month which was what he originally told me. Then we began finalizing the sale he told me that my payments would be $490 which once again I was good with being that I was about to drive away in a new car. I didn't have the title for my car on hand so I told them I would bring it back that Friday which they were fine with. However this is where the sleeze really comes in, they pull up the car so I can start putting my thing in and Steve hits me " I need another $500 by the end of the month but you have to bring that here. That's not for the Bank" I automatically let him know that won't have it and he assures me that they will work with me on the payments! At this point I see it for what it is he's just getting over being that the car is sitting there, so I'm like fine... Now, that night I go home and I'm reading through the pile of paper work I acquired while signing over my life and I see that Sleezy Steve put that I gave him a $2000 down payment in cash which is why I owe another $500. So when I go in on Friday to bring the title I ask him.. Why do I owe you $500 if I gave you my car and my car should have covered part of the payment. Especially since my car only had about 80,000 miles on it and the engine was in good running condition. It was old but the main issue was the A/C didn't work and the driver side window wouldn't roll up. Either way.. I ask Sleezy Steve if why do I still owe you money if I gave you my car and he tells me the car is covering the cost of the DMV Fee's Registration & Plates. When he said that I knew it was bull because that stuff doesn't cost that much. Also I never received a bill of sale or anything from them. It wasn't even mentioned in my paper work but whatever... Now let's fast forward to the Car itself. The day I drove off the lot I noted that the low tire pressure sensor was on, so my husband and I stopped at the gas station to put air in the tire but they were full. I spoke with Sleezy Steve about it when I went to drop of the title and he said that it to Mitsubishi being that is it's probably a sensor issue and it should be covered under to warranty with them so I booked an appointment for that weekend and had Mitsubishi check the car. Once the did they let me know the sensor was on because there were 2 needles in the tire and they were logged in places that would be difficult to fix so there best advice would be to have the dealer change the tire, and they also said the routers were worn down and needed to be replaced. I took the papers they gave me with the fixes went straight over to Adam's and of course Steve wasn't in so another Sales Man named Jay said they would fix the issues, even can an took a picture of the tire and said don't worry we will let you know when to bring it in. Being that they seem to be doing me right I gave him $200 said that was toward the $500 I owed and I asked for a receipt. This dude tells me that my paper work is my receipt being that Steve said I put $2000 and this is going towards that. Now I go in the on Tuesday because the battery dies no me (new car my xxx) after Steve threatens me talking about it's not their problem. I need to take it to the Mitsubishi and tells me if I bring it to they will charge me.. bull bull bull... so I take it over there anyway.. They had it sit for 2 days until my Boss goes over there complaining how they need to give me a loner and it shouldn't be taking this long for these minor repairs. About a 1/2 hour later my car battery and router changed. (I guess I have to be a man to get xxxx done with them) But anyway ask the mechanic did they change the tire, he said they never mentioned it.. So I go back and
