Drove over 50 miles because this dealership had a car I was interested in. It was nicer than I even expected and a very good price, so my wife and I bought it. The sales people treated us great. Daniel in finance went over all of our financing options and secured a great loan for us. I never write reviews, but this was a very nice experience. Would highly recommend and consider purchasing here again.

I was at this dealership ready to by cash and to trade in a car. But they were more interested on refinancing. Either way there was no negotiating with this people. I also mention that his car was loosing value total of $1000.00. Sales person did not wanted to take no offers and wanted only refinance with was 8.00% or more. at that point became more about the refinancing and not the car. I will not go back. there are more dealerships why settle with just one. I did find the car i was looking for in another dealer ship and got a good deal.

I'm super impressed with one of the sales people there by the name of Jaco Mayo he is honest and very knowledgeable, answering all my questions, most car salesman just want sale a car, Jacob is a professional and I highly recommend him when you're ready to purchase your next vehicle.

PLEASE DONOT BUY CARS HERE. All good reviews are fake! JAKE AND SEAMUS WILL TALK TO YOU SWEET AND WILL ALWAYS SAY WHAT YOU NEED TO HEAR. CARS WILL LOOK GREAT BUT WILL NOT RUN. Please read their reviews in Yelp and BBB. They WILL scam you. I have a bill of sale that says nothing about $500 deposit being non refundable, never mentioned verbally or in any contract i signed. When i called today they say it is non refundable. I am glad I was smart enough to back out and dumb enough to fall for them in the first place where i lost $500. PLEASE NEVER BUY CARS FROM THEM. I have also logged a complaint with IL AG office to look into them.

Good experience! Drove up from Indiana to look at a car. Worked with Jake @ the dealership. He's very responsive, professional and knowledgeable. Bought a 2015 BMW 428i from Adams Auto (Crestwood, IL). Good car! No issues.

This dealership fails to disclose vehicle issues. Coolant leak and not blowing cold air. Sunroof off track. I will spend thousands to have everything repaired. Stay away from this place

Stay far away from this place. Just purchased a 2011 Range Rover. I negotiated a price and signed a contract that said tax was included. It’s my fault on this because I didn’t realize taxes were taken out in my state. I was told over the phone that they were but it’s on me for letting a car dealership take advantage to someone new in this process. I also was told the car has been serviced and has no problems. Upon receiving the vehicle I took it to a local dealership. It has a large coolant leak. You can smell it the first time I cranked the car and it was even low on receiving the vehicle. Again that was not disclosed and this was not my error. 1400 for the repair. Stay away from these people.. far far away..

They were extremely nice and helpful. Everything went smoothly. From talking on the phone to coming in to complete the process. I would honestly consider coming here again in the future for another car.

Called and was working out a price for a vehicle with sales rep, Then all of sudden 2 days later they upped all the prices on their cars by 2-3 thousand dollars.

James was my Sales Representative, he was very knowledgeable and professional. Adams Auto Group has a lot of nice vehicles and I will consider them when I am ready to purchase a vehicle. I would also recommend them to my Family and Friends.
