My wife and I were interested in purchasing a 2013 Toyota Highlander to replace her 2007 Rav4 Limited. I went to USAA and priced out a new Highlander with the USAA Discount. USAA sent me the estimated discount and contacted three local Toyota Dealerships for us. Shortly, we received emails from all three confirming the discount and anticipated cost but two of the dealerships tacked on a $699 dealer fee. Sun Toyota, true to their word, did not tack on this fee. Driving 11 extra miles to Sun Toyota in Holiday, Florida to save $699 seemed like a ?no-brainer? to me?. Let?s see, 22 mile round trip driving effort to save $699 equaled almost a savings of $32 a mile. Lee at Sun Toyota teamed us up with Ashley Prelesnik (727-842-9735 ext 1123) as a sales representative. Her knowledge of the Toyota line was superb. She spent her time explaining the vehicle and assisting us with picking one out. While the vehicle was being cleaned and prepped, Ashley then spent hours going through the bells and whistles attempting to educate us on all the electronic systems. Her personality and knowledge was super. She told us to let some of what we talked about and tried sink-in and that we should return in a few days so we could go through it again now that we were familiar with the vehicle. We did this and she again, spent a few hours assisting us. As many of you probably have encountered, the salesperson tends to fade away once you sign on the dotted line. With Ashley and Lee, this has not been the case. I recommend that, if you are in the market for a new vehicle (purchase or lease), that you contact the friendly team at Sun Toyota.

I purchased a brand new 2013 Scion FR-S at Sun Toyota/ Scion. Richard did and outstanding job and i really appreciated everything he did. I also drove from Lakeland, Florida to purchase this car so if that doesn't show appreciation i don't know what does.

I bought a used car from Gabor. He was straightforward, with no pressure. We got to a nice bottom line and shook hands without much trouble. If you're buying used, have them bring the car to the new car lot, because that's a much nicer place to wait for your turn with the finance people. We were paying cash, but still waited over an hour to get to see someone to finish the paperwork. That seemed a little silly, but otherwise the experience was excellent.

My wife and I purchased a new 2013 Camry SE and traded in a 2011 Camry LE. We never had to go further than Sun Toyota. They have been an excellent dealership to work with. Prices, service as well as sales have always been important to us and we couldn't do better than Sun Toyota. We recommend them to anyone interested in buying a new or used vehicle. We have been very pleased, and the facility is the best around.

After 5 Toyotas in 10 years all we can say is Toyotas are great!! The last 3 we purchased thru Matt Beckman at Sun Toyota. He is a quality individual and gave us excellent service this last time as usual. Also the gentleman in the financial department was very professional, courteous, and likable. Never had a problem with any of the five vehicles.Hard to beat that!

Bought my 2012 Tacoma Double Cab Prerunner SR5 from Desmond Lee. My credit was not the best but the loan officer at the dealership found a bank with a low interest rate. Desmond was very patient with me while I couldn't make up my mind between two vehicles. I will definitely buy from Sun Toyota again.

Carlos Allicock was the perfect salesman. We had some great discussion about faith and shared our views on our beliefs. The other 2 dealerships we went to were very pushy and did everything they could to not let us leave. Our experience at Sun Toyota was MUCH different. It was a pleasant car buying experience. They told us the price of the car and what they would give us for our trade. We negotiated to get more on the trade and they accepted. It was a painless process and if I ever purchase another Toyota or Scion in the future, Sun Toyota will be my first and only stop. I will also recommend them to Sun Toyota and ask specifically for Carlos.

The whole sales/finance team went out of their way to assist us in choice of car and finance package. The experience was way beyond our expectations.
