We went to Sun Toyota to find a car for our son, Rocco Lacerra stepped up, walked my son through the process and made it happen, He went the extra mile. I can`t say enough good things about Rocco but what comes to mind is Professional, Knowledgeable and patient, I would recommend Sun Toyota and Rocco Lacerra.

Joe is the BEST
I brought my RAV4 for an oil change. When my assigned Service Adviser was not available, Joe came out and took charge. Reviewed the reason for my visit and when he was writing up the order he noticed much to my surprise that I had a credit due to me which he applied to my account. He took the extra step, which I appreciated very much. It didn't take to long to get the oil change done. He reviewed what was done and made some recommendations, which I took under advisement. Overall positive, the wait to complete purchase was excesiv
We purchased our 2018 RAV4 via the USSAA Car Purchase Service. USAA recommended Sun Toyota and one other dealer in our area. We were contacted by Mr Jay London almost immediately and set an appointment for the next day. Mr London was well prepared and made the search and purchase of the vehicle a good experience. We spent over two hours in the selection, test driving and price negotiations process. After final agreement on price was reached we left Sun Toyota and returned to finish the paperwork and pick our RAV4 one and a half hour later. This is when our experience turned from positive to exhausting. We waited for two hours for the paperwork to be completed, way too much time. We understand there were a lot of purchases that day and the financial management section was overwhelmed but the idle time could have been prevented if we had been informed and given the option of returning the next day to pick up the car or if we had been offered an orientation on the car systems; telephone, radio, navigation, set up, etc. while we were waiting. This last two hours detracted from what could have been an overall positive experience. In summary, Mr London did a great job and Mr Marazzi provided good support to close the sale. The delay in finishing the paperwork to pick the car detracted from the overall positive experience

Regular service interval
I made an appointment for an oil change, and front breaks needed service. I dropped off my vehicle at 11am, and was given a ride home by their courtesy van. I was told i would receive a call with an update on my vehicle in a couple hours. When i received the call, i was told my vehicle would be ready in about an hour, and they would send the courtesy van back to pick me up. Everything went smooth, normally when i just get an oil change i wait at the dealership, but i knew the brakes would take a little more time, so i took advantage of the courtesy van. Any work that has been performed on my vehicle has always been completed in a timely and professional manner.

Fast Service
I arrived at 12:30 for a 1PM service call, Rachelle Bell took me early and had my tint job done in far less time than was initially told and the quality of the install looks great! The inside of the vehicle was left clean and the door panels on a quick inspection look to be intact. She even went so far as to mail my warranty information that the crew forgot to put in the glove box, thanks! The service crew was not able to find the cause of the rattle in the front door and as it is an intermittent issue, it will be hard to track down. A little disappointed since the car is 4 days old and that it couldn't be resolved on the same trip. Of course on the way home, I started to hear it again! Ricky Rios is awesome! He took care of the leftover trade in paperwork while I was in and even found my floor mats that were left in detailing the day I picked up the car, nice save!! Thanks :-)
