They will not even come close to matching your Carmax offer. The cars that they did have were misrepresented in the ad, and they didn’t even have most of the cars listed on their website. Don’t waste your time

We were looking for a truck from Texas, and we found one online. These people were very willing to work with us even though we were from Iowa and paying for it with a trust from another state. We have a very good car Chevy Avalanche for a very fair price.

I came here at the direction of my wife looking for a Rover, when I got there Nasouh was extremely welcoming. When it came to buying the truck, the whole process was seamless. Would definitely recommend!

They were responsive in the beginning, but never followed up on my request. I suspect the truck was either sold or never available as I sent an email saying I thought it was a fake ad and the next day the truck showed as sold. I also kept getting spam emails.

Came in to purchase a Mercedes and the process was great! In and out! and had the car shipped back to Kansas. GREAT PROCESS AND GREAT PEOPLE!

I walked in to this dealership wanting to look at a specific car. It was a little more than I wanted to pay, but I found one I liked and got to know the salesman in the process. Mehdi knew I was a single mom. Mehdi knew I was teacher. Mehdi knew that I needed a car after mine was totaled. And Mehdi STILL completely screwed me over. That "bumper to bumper warranty" that he sold me has covered NOTHING. I paid $4500 for a warranty that means nothing. That was supposed to be "the best of the best." Since driving out of the dealership only a few months ago, I have had the car in the shop at least 4 times. Three days after I bought my car, the side mirror FELL OFF. This most recent stint is from an issue that they would have known about before selling me the vehicle and it cost me $1200 in repairs. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE.

Addison Autoplex’s Manager did not disclose the dangerous condition of the suspension and steering on a truck I purchased. Not only did the manager claim that he'd personally driven the truck and it was safe and reliable but subsequent inspections by independent shops thought he'd tried to conceal the poor condition. The truck's wheel nearly fell off on the highway when I tried to drive it back to them. Also the control arm was against the spring, causing it to veer dangerously whenever it hit a bump. He's now refusing to reimburse the $2000 I had to spend just to make it drivable/safe. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITHE THESE PROPLE. I GOT SCREWED!

Michael Vu specifically told me a truck he was selling was in good condition and he’d been driving it himself. As it turns out the passenger side front was in dangerous shape and close to falling off. The steering and suspension actually broke when I tried to drive it back to his shop. Now he’s declining to reimburse me for the minimum repairs it took to make it drivable. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALER. I wish I’d never seen their ad.

The entire staff were very professional. It was a pleasure working with Jose and Nasouh. Will definitely buy from Addison Autoplex again.

I purchased a VERY clean 2011 G37 convertible here a couple of months ago. Everything went smoothly. Nasouh took great care of me and I WILL be back when it's time for my next purchase. VERY satisfied customer!
