After going through the process of purchasing a car here, it's unfortunate that I have to give a low rating to this dealership — here are the exact reasons why. Overall, my experience here was not enjoyable. It felt like there were gaps in communication, I often felt like a leftover customer that the dealership had to deal with, and I never felt like the dealership wanted to go beyond the minimum; it usually felt like a "What's in it for us?" situation. Hours long waits for text responses (sometimes days), typically poor follow-through on calling back or responding quickly (Unless it was for payment, then they were swift about messaging me), text messaging with the rep was not professional — it felt lethargic and casual — and, at the end of the purchasing process, I felt more like a fast-food customer and not a valued customer who paid 100% cash for a vehicle. I particularly saw a lot of inflexibility with smaller requests. The two requests worth mentioning: 1) The car I had purchased had been smoked in heavily and one of my requests upon purchasing was to eliminate the smoke smell. The rep/dealership's offer to this issue was to simply leave the windows down. This might not seem like a big issue to some, but to me it sends a bigger message. It says "We'll do the bare minimum". In response to my request, there was never a "Hey, we'll get the interior washed and detailed so that the smoke is 100% gone when you pick it up", or "We're going to wash the seats and do all we can to get rid of the odor." There never was an offer to take an extra step to accomodate this simple request for a full-cash paying customer, it was a bare minimum offer. (I washed the interior myself and the smoke smell was 100% gone afterwards ... They couldn't have offered that?) 2) One of my additional requests was to fix a cracked screen on the display monitor and they agreed to fix the screen, but it suddenly became complicated because the replacement part would take several weeks to arrive and I didn't have time for that, I needed the car soon. I ended up caving and saying I'll fix it and that was that. I wish they had said, "Hey, we'll still fix the screen for you because we know you requested that, but we don't have the part yet. Just bring it back in a few weeks and we'll knock that out for you." That would have really pleased a customer to read that. Several inflexibilities and seemingly slow timing made the experience not so great. The tags came in a month and a half late (which, to the dealerships credit, that's likely not their fault), communication was lackadaisical, and the philosophy seems to be convenience vs. meaningfulness. UPDATE: After leaving my review elsewhere, they called me and asked how they could "regain [my] faith in [their] organization". I kindly asked for the screen to be fixed and they said they would look for a replacement part quickly and connect with me soon. It's been 3+ months since that call with the manager and they've ghosted me. Very unprofessional.

I had a great experience with Yousef!

I had a great experience with Yousef! I showed interest in the Jeep Wrangler and he offered to do a video call to walk me through the details of the car. He patiently showed me the exterior and interior of the car and answered any questions. Although I didn’t end up making the purchase, Yousef was very helpful in laying out the purchasing options for me. I will definitely recommend Addison AutoPlex!

If I could give this place zero stars I would.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I bought a Cadillac Escalade from them only to find out they had multiple mechanical issues and electrical issues and later on discovering that there’s rust. This place screws people over and they are unethical. Do not trust the salesman because all they’re doing is trying to make a quick buck and they will lie to you straight to your face. Their cars are absolute crap

steer clear of addison autoplex

the car we bought was advertize at 12500 and on the purchase agreement they listed it at 14500. i found this out after the fact. i had left to go get something to eat and when i got back my girlfriend had all the paper work done so we left . i was thinking that the price was what we discussed earlier at 12300. so to say the least we're never going to buy from them again and i highly reccomend to go some where else for your car needs we are still trying to get it registered 60 days later

No stars !!!!!

Purchased a used car from this dealership. The first day out the engine blew. It took about six months to get the car repaired (at TNT Auto Repair). Had the car back for about a week, and it broke down again. Guess what, no one will take responsibility for it. Not the dealership, not the car repair shop. I am now making payments on a car that is just sitting in the garage. Paying on this car, means I can not afford another.

Do Better...

I bought a fairly nice car (Lexus) on the 23rd of July form here, drove it back home (San Angelo, Tx) on the 25th of July the oil light was flashing like crazy. Pulled over waited about five minutes then went in to the store to use the bathroom and came back out to check the oil level. There was nothing on the dipstip! Took pic and sent it in an email and added oil. I complained and the sales woman apologized. I leave home to travel to Florida for work on the 29th of July car drove okay but the light kept coming on again but only when I pushed down on the gas or let off the gas so I figured it was fine long as I drove it nice and steady till I could get the car looked at properly since I'm on a scheduled work trip. NOPE! I made it to Biloxi and the oil light would only go off if I was sitting still sometimes, the check engine light came on and the motor started ticking loudly. Obviously its still and oil issue... I let them know how I disappointed I was and told them that it is very possible that their mechanic lied to them about the vehicle being okay. I was accused of being argumentative, " I totally understand their point but I asked them if there was any kind of issue with the vehicle well before I signed any paperwork. This because I wanted the vehicle and I could just get it looked over prior to thus work trip. I was told it was a good solid car. The car is a has is purchase (even though it had a 2yr warranty sticker on the windshield 🤔) but I would think that they would make a good business practice to stand behind their vehicle. This is still to be seen.. The car is a 2013 Lexus CT 200H Hybrid and the closest dealership is 58 miles from my location so I had to have it towed there. I had to rent a car and I'm missing my 1st day of work due to this. I'm currently waiting on the dealership to get back to me about the issue, the price and time frame of fixing it. Needless to say, I'm not happy. I can tell you this much though, I'm not an argumentative person but I will not let this slide so if posting reviews everywhere on this place is the only way I can get them to pay attention then so be it! The ball is in their court and this same post will be on every single review I can find on the Addison AutoPlex.. Good Day..

Great service and vehicles

Ameera was awesome. She worked with me being from out of state. Got loan approval for a vehicle I was interested in. Unfortunately I was not knowledgeable about the vehicle and I drove down to view the vehicle and possibly bring home. It turned out no my fit. Although it was a great car smooth ride, power to get up and go. Thank you Ameera for your hard work and patients. You service was greatly appreciated.

Hands down best car place and best customer servic

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I bought a car thru them sighn unseen, Financed thru a outside bank they delivered the car to me and upon arrival were a few issues that they fixed immediately! Fast forward a month later my brakes started grinding I called and even tho they had been fully paid by bank and were not obligated to do this the came picked up my car, gave me a loaner replaced rotars and brakes and even a few I terror things I asked for for free! Owner Kamal went above and beyond and I will forever be a client..
