Aziza was amazing in helping me with my title transfer

Aziza was amazing in helping me with my title transfer for my vehicle purchase at Trust Auto. I contacted her directly regarding some additional paperwork I needed and she quickly got everything together and sent it to me the next day. She was quick and very responsive and very helpful. I highly recommend her! The BMW Z4 I purchased from Trust Auto was exactly as described in the ad. We flew in from Cincinnati to Baltimore and drove the car home with no mechanical issues. The Z4 is a blast to drive and we are thoroughly enjoying driving it. The car is awesome and all in all I would recommend Trust Auto. I would also like to thank David Neuberth, General Manager in following up with me in regard to some minor issues. Thanks for the awesome vehicle!

DO NOT BUY FROM OUT OF STATE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! They sold us a car that could not be registered.We were buying a car from out of state. We spoke and text with the sales person. He had the general manager facetime us to show us the car. During that call we asked him about the warranty. He told us it had 30 days and he added that Maryland has a strict law that if anything is wrong with the drivetrain, they would have to take the car back. Within 30 minutes of the car being delivered to our house, the check engine light came on. I let the salesperson know right away, they had a service person contact me. They asked me to send a photo with the mileage which I did. After trying multiple things to get it to go off, I took it to mymechanic who ended up replacing the thermostat. Since I could not register the car, since it would not pass inspection, I had it fixed. After many back and forths with Trust Auto they made an offer for less than 1/3 of what it cost me to repair the car so it would pass inspection and could be registered. They did not honor the warranty the car had.

Not Trustworthy Auto

This dealership is not a trustworthy company. They do not file title work on time resulting in fines from the MVA. They also do not return calls in order to resolve the issues they have created with their clients. The apparent selfishness of their lack of customer service is alarming. No integrity whatsoever. 10 out of 10 DO NOT recommend purchasing any vehicle or service from this dealership:

Before if you're out of state

Beware especially if you're out of state. I live an hour and a half away and purchased a car from Trust Auto, expressed concerns to the sales person and was told if there was any problem with the car, Trust Auto would "make it right." I had the car inspected after I purchased it and the car was in need of major repairs costing over a thousand dollars. Trust Auto wouldn't acknowledge the validity of the inspection because the notes weren't detailed enough. Trust Auto said they would abide my an inspection by one of two mechanics near them (an hour and a half away from me) that they had an existing business relationship with. I said that I wanted an inspection done by a certified dealership that didn't have a financial incentive to find nothing wrong. Because Trust Auto was clearly implying that I or the first dealership were making up the results, I asked that they pay for the second inspection ONLY if it validated the results of the first one. They refused unless the inspection was done by one of the companies that they had a financial relationship with. They said that even if I did pay for it myself, they required several stipulations for the inspection to even consider it valid, including for it to be recorded on video, unedited, etc. The certified dealership that did the second inspection actually laughed out loud when I showed them the requirements and asked if Trust Auto was paying to the inspection. The second inspection validated the results of the first inspection. Trust Auto still refused to pay for repairs at an independent dealership and required me to drive a three hour round trip on a work day to get the car repaired.

I visited his dealership to try and purchase a truck. I initially contacted them by internet/car gurus and I made an appointment to visit them The following day. Someone supposedly from the dealership called me to make an appointment. Introduced herself as Rasheeda. She seemed very rushed. She told that I will be met by somebody called Russ on arrival. When I arrived, there was no Russ. After repeatedly asking, I was eventually told that Russ was in Florida. I met the sales manager Called Myron Boyd who helped me out and took me for a test drive. Seemed very nice initially. I declared my intention to buy the truck. After some initial haggling, he offered a discount of $500 which I eventually accepted. However when I declared my intention to proceed, he told that I had to speak to Ross. He also told me that another person was going through financing to buy the truck. He kept me in a room just waiting for Russ to call me. In the meantime, I had borrowed a pen from another sales guy, and while I was in his room, he was actively calling a customer trying to sell the same truck telling him that it was available. When I told the sales manager Myron what I heard and saw, he told me they could not help me. What a shame. He was very nonchalant about the whole thing. It seems he kept me in the room to just wait and get frustrated. Or they counting my pocket. It seems to this dealership is very dodgy. It was obvious they do a lot of business but after visiting them, I was very horrified about their treatment. I was kept in a room for about 25 minutes waiting for Ross to call me but he never materialized. What a shame!


Made it a positive experience

I live about 1.5 hours away. Purchased a 2006 Porsche Boxster. Very positive experience, no high pressure, everyone very pleasant. Within 24 hours of getting home, the check-engine light came on. Obviously I was disappointed -- especially living far away, and had my local shop check out the codes which indicated a bad O2 sensor. I texted my sales person, Steven, who responded immediately. He said he would let their service dept. know. This was late Friday afternoon, so I figured I’d hear on Monday but even after 5 pm going into the weekend, Nathan from service called me. Said they would take care of it right away the following week. I brought the car back on Tuesday. They diagnosed the problem, had new part shipped same day, installed it, but even the new part was bad. They were very apologetic and ordered another new one. So unfortunately I had to come back again, but they took care of it along with another minor issue they discovered that I assume they could have just blown-off -- i wouldn't have known about it. Responsiveness and communication are the most important things to me and they turned a negative into a positive. I also spent a lot of time in the waiting area and the woman at the front could not possibly have been nicer (wish I'd gotten her name). Which also made a big difference. They made things right no questions asked, and I would definitely recommend them.
