2007 Audi A4
I was looking for a older Audi with around 100K miles and found a number of cars in my area. I was very pleased with the 2007 A4 I purchased at Trust Auto, Sykesvile MD. The car was accurately represented and was in immaculate condition considering its age. All features were operational and the ride is terrific. David, my salesman, was very personable and answered all my questions. I received a fair trade in for my 2008 Toyota Prius. The car underwent a complete inspection and that report was given to me. Carafe information was also available. A minor hiccup occurred with one of the diagnostic indicators the next day but their technician immediately addressed the problem and corrected it. I could not be more pleased with the dealership and the car.

Great service, inventory, and people!
David at trust auto was a great guy to work with. Very helpful, always available to answer questions, and made the buying process very pleasurable. I got a great deal on my 2013 Sierra 2500 and will definitely be coming to trust auto for any future needs!

Great Experience
Alex Did a great job of showcasing cars that were in my budget and did not try to "oversell" or go in a different direction. This is the first time I ever worked with a used car salesman where I didn't feel like I was dealing with a used car salesman. Very happy with the purchase.

I bought a nice 350Z.
David sold me my 2006 Nissan 350Z. He was polite, knowledgeable, and efficent. What more could someone ask for in a buying experience? If you are considering buying a used car you should keep Trust Auto in your mind. They had a ton of inventory on hand and from what the dealers told me they run through cars quickly. So, they will more than likely have something you like that is in your price range.

I worked with David over the phone because i'am from out of state, had a positive buying experience. Being out of state I requested a lot of pictures of the car, which he provided as we talked on the phone.He was very helpful and a real car enthusiast himself. They are also providing transportation from the airport. I would have no problem buying another car from them or recommending them to a friend.

A smooth and easy experience.

If you like $900 inspection fees, buy here.
After driving quite a distance to look at a used truck, I found myself in what appeared to be a repo lot, vehicles triple parked in a poorly lit lot, enclosed by a tall chain link fence. I should have known then I was in for a treat. To start things off, the truck I made an appointment to see was parked in, eventually the keys for the car in front of the truck were found and the test drive was underway. Honestly, I have nothing bad to say about the truck, some cosmetic issues, but overall it was quite nice and I was interested in purchasing it. So we then took this party inside to negotiate. Given the cosmetic issues, the truck was mildly over priced, so I expecting to have some negotiating power, boy was I wrong. The list price was 34995, the out the door total came to $39400! Which included a $1600 worth of dealer fees on top of the list price. One of which was a $900 inspection. I have never heard of such a thing, and I assure you, I will never pay such a thing. Overall, this experience was so poor, it was almost comical.

Unfortunately, on the day you came to our dealership, we were experiencing some issues with the vehicles that were just delivered. We have a very active lot and sometimes we run into complications. However, we understand your frustrations and we do apologize. As for the inspection fee, we are very transparent in the fees that are included in the cost of each vehicle on our dealership and on the resources we provide our customers. The PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) fee covers all the preparation that goes into the vehicle before it is purchased - mechanical work, operational and diagnostic tests, etc. We are a pre-owned dealership, therefore our vehicles may exhibit slight cosmetic issues that are beyond our control, and for that, we apologize. Again, we are sorry for the experience you had at Trust Auto, and hope to regain your trust and business. Horrible experience. Stay away!!!!
Horrible experience, I drove 210 miles and they wouldn?t reliece the title to me but wanted me to take the vehicle and wait a few weeks for them to mail it. Made a deal to come back a few days later and they were telling me that a bank check wasn?t good, again indicating that they would send me the title. Finally convinced them that a Bank check is cash and after fighting over it wound up driving home with vehicle and title. I wouldn?t send my worst enemy to them and had it not been for the fact they had a very unique vehicle I needed I would have walked within 10 minutes. The opitomy of A USED CAR SALESMAN!!!
