I had a great experience this dealership. Great sales and support team! From the minute I walked through the door, to the final handshake, I felt welcomed, appreciated, and respected. They valued my time and took into consideration my expectations throughout the shopping process. I inspected many vehicles, all with features and amenities, which I wanted, and I was pleased to have a broad selection to choose from. I assessed the service area and staff, all of which appeared to work seamless together. In most cases, a car can be a car, but here, buying the car, turned into a favorable ‘experience’. Patel was my sales person, and Paul approved the final deal. The finance department respect my wishes and offered their products, rather than pushing the “hard sell“. Again, all I can offer is that this was a great experience.

Need More Service People and Phone Support
There isn't enough staff on the service side of the house or cars available for loan or rent. I can't get anyone on the phone to give me an update of my car when it's in there for days, and sometimes the main phone number simply does not get answered. The text system for updates is only good if someone responds. Meanwhile if I put anything less than a 10 into my customer survey the service department will shun me when I come in to get future work done.

what a let down...
Sales managers at this dealership do not budge on price. They rather lose a customer over a few hundred then to make a deal and they don't call you back.

Very dishonest not trust worthy people. service was very bad. had my car for 9 days. Assistance service lied to me daily. never work on my car. missing days of work

Great customer service every time I come in. Who keeps me coming back is Alex Tackett one of the best dudes I ever worked with. Moe the general sales manager is also a great guy too. Appreciate all their hard work and dedication. Highly recommend.

I'm hoping you never need to talk to a person in finance for a warranty issue. The receptionist Amy is a very rude individual and she will place you directly on hold and not answer the call if she sees your number.
