I brought my Jeep in for some warranty work and a couple additional concerns. It did take a little longer than planned, through no fault of the dealership, but Bill bent over backward to make sure all the repairs were taken care of and that we walked away having had a good experience. I sincerely appreciated the time he took to listen to my concerns as well as Bill’s integrity and at the end of the day I that’s what makes the biggest difference. I can say that I would recommend the service department here for your Jeep repairs.

This dealership was very unprofessional. They gave me false information and then when I questioned it was told I was being unreasonable. Their management team talked down to me and dismissed me when I tried to get answers.
Refused to perform warranty work
Took 2018 Dodge Journey in for warranty work, engine surging and check engine light on, dealership had vehicle for 4 days, I called for an update and the exact words were “come and get your vehicle we are passing on the job”. It’s a dodge vehicle still under warranty and they are a dodge dealership, It is still under factory warranty and I also have extended warranty. Called Chrysler corporation and filed a complaint and was told that they can’t pass on doing warranty work. They told me they will call them and make them fix it, I told them don’t bother I will take it elsewhere and never set foot on their property again. Took vehicle to dealership in Wichita and there was actually a bulletin about this condition with this engine, with these conditions the engine gets replaced, new engine has been installed.
Don't bother making an appointment for service.
All I needed was an oil change and tire rotation. I made an appointment online with the service manager several days ahead who confirmed my appointment for 9am Saturday. I arrived at the dealer at about ten minutes before 9. I didn't want to be late because I had so many other things to do that day after I got my service done. I ended up sitting in the showroom talking to a very nice salesman about the new Jeep Gladiator Pickup that was not yet at the dealers to view. I looked down at my phone to check the time and realized that it was 10:45. So I excused myself and went back into the service department thinking that surely they would be done by now. To my surprise they hadn't even started yet. I was not happy when I found out that there was still one or two vehicles in front of mine still needing service. I thought to myself, why did I even bother making an appointment? When they finally got done with my vehicle at 12:05 they tried to charge me over $80 even though I had given them a coupon for $24 when I first arrived. Okay so that took another 15 minutes to sort out but they did end up excepting my coupon and sent me on my way. At that time it was about 12:30 and so many of the things that I wanted to do that day I didn't have the time to do anymore. I felt like my whole day was wasted at the dealer trying to get a simple oil change done. Thank you so much Allen Samuels for wasting 3 and half hours of my time on a job that I had an appointment for that should have only taken about 20-30 minutes.
Great salesman, great service!
Tom was great! Stayed after hours, along with the finance team to get my fiancé and I in the GMC Terrain we have been looking for. Very impressed!

Gary Klausen is the best car salesman in the world. He cares so genuinely about his clients. As soon as we walked up, I knew that this was the place to buy a car. He told me straight up what my price range would be that way I wouldn’t fall in love with a car I couldn’t have. Gary went above and beyond what was expected of him. He even told me that if I need my car serviced but had to work, he would come pick it up from my work, get it serviced and bring it back to me. I can’t express how grateful I am for Gary. After a horrible experience at a different car dealership, Gary made buying a car not so scary. Anyone that needs a car, new or used, go to Gary at Allen Samuels in Hutchinson, KS!!
Ram 1500 BigHorn
Talked to Doug Myers about wanting a newer vehicle. He told me to come in and see what they had. I met my salesman Tom Bowen. He showed me a 2017 Dodge Ram BigHorn. Well the rest is history. The overall experience was great. Everyone involved makes you feel comfortable and goes above and beyond what would be expected. Thanks for the experience and the great ride.
2014 Ford Focus
Thomas Bowen was pleasant to deal with and was very respectful to myself and my daughter. Even though I did not get a discount from the advertised price, Tom Mora was professional and also respectful during the process. I did not see the finance manager listed here that processed our paper work but he was helped us finish the transaction in a thorough and timely manner. The last 9 vehicles I have purchased have all been Fords, but if I ever decide to switch brands, I would definitely return to Allen Samuels because of my recent experience.
I would really liked to give an A+ rating!! The salesman worked hard to earn my business!! The manger above him really seemed to not really care about selling me a vehicle or not. I was in need of a heavier truck in a hurry found what I was looking for via the internet. If it wasn’t for Tom Bowen I would have definitely went else where!!!!
Above and Beyond
Allen Samuels is AWESOME!!! They went above and beyond to make sure I got the truck I wanted. Without hesitation they went to a dealership in another state to get the truck I wanted. They were more concerned about my happiness than the mighty dollar. Without thinking twice they made sure I had a vehicle drive while they were getting my truck and set me up with a price and payment that I could afford. Their finance manger was very diligent in making sure I could get the best interest rate possible, that was appreciated as well. Thanks Fellas I truly appreciate you all.
