I had a wonderful experience with my salesperson, Taylor. She had a great balance of providing me information and making me feel welcome/comfortable. Taylor was very accessible during the two week process and always responded quickly to my texts/emails. I would encourage everyone to visit Patrick Hyundai in Schaumburg!

Sales team made purchasing a new car a breeze. Jack Kim was most helpful to make our selection. After purchase support was better than the best. Especially going back to learn all the bells and whistles of the new car. The features were overwhelming -- he was a great teacher too!

I bought a 2020 Hyundai Palisade Limited in 2020.
I bought a 2020 Hyundai Palisade Limited in 2020. It is a nice vehicle, but it rides very hard, like a Prius. After multiple visits, they replaced the rear shocks, however, the ride was still hard. So, I wrote an email to my salesman, Tom, about the problem. After 1 month, I didn’t hear from him, so I sent him another email. No response. One month after that and a day before Christmas of 2023, I brought the vehicle in for resolution of the problem. The service writer, Kristain, would only communicate via text messages. I texted him to call me on my landline, but no response. After keeping the vehicle for eight days, they returned it saying that they contacted the factory and that no TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) had been issued. When I got the service ticket back, there wasn’t any details on it other than what the service writer entered on it when it was first brought in for service.

This dealership is the worst, we least a Hyundai from another dealership decided to purchase an extended warranty when we purchased the vehicle after the lease was over, they told us the warranty wasn't good it was only good for that dealership so we had to cancel it and buy a more expensive one. We found out later this was not true, then they gave us coupons for an oil change as part of convincing us to purchase the vehicle at their dealership then they say they're under new management and they no longer accept the coupons and we have to pay full price, I would never recommend nor go to this dealership ever again. Stay away they are con artist. Today I talked to the manager there and they said they had no clue what I was talking about with the warranty that the warranty should be good at any dealership so basically the manager of the dealership let us know how we got screwed.

I recently purchased a 2025 Santa Fe, my experience
I recently purchased a 2025 Santa Fe, my experience working with Patrick compared to other dealerships, was no pressure tactics, the sales process was smooth. The sales rep Ben Georges was patient and answered all my questions professionally. I wanted a Black on Black Calligraphy and the dealer did not have one. The GM Scott June was able to locate one from a different dealer, the car arrived in a few days and they honored the price quoted. I could not have asked for better a purchase experience. In addition, I provided a offer from CarMax to sell my 2022 Tucson and Patrick was able to match the offer, which made the overall process easier, while reducing the sales tax on the new vehicle, a win/win.
