Very Friendly, Efficient and Helpful
I was in on 12/06/16 for a recall on my 2012 Sonata. Nader was my service consultant. He explained the recall work and it was done quickly. I also had a question/problem with my phone connectivity to my Bluetooth. I was pretty sure it was "user" related. I needed someone to show me what I was doing wrong. Nader was more than helpful. He took time to go out to my car with me look at it and walk me through the steps to get my phone re set up and working the way it should. I have not had a problem since. I have dealt with Nader in the past and he is positively a valuable asset to your dealership. Everyone in service is friendly and helpful and it's always a good experience when I visit.

I was very pleased with the way the sales person Mr. Randy Boyd and the manager Mr. Anthony "Frank" Cassano handled my requests such that I leased two cars from them. one for myself and one for my daughter. they were professionally and patiently dealt with me and my wife. I have recommended my son to come to the same dealership and meet these gentlemen for a new car that he will need soon. My wife and I will come along with our son to say hello to these gentlemen as well as other staff members in the dealership. I will recommend these people and the dealership to friends and relatives as well.

Top notch dealership!
I want to start off by saying Manny was a pleasure to work with. I knew the exact vehicle I wanted to purchase along with each incentive and rebate I qualified for with Hyundai. My car search started about a week before I eventually ended up at Patrick Hyundai in Schaumburg. The first dealership I visited pulled the good old bait and switch on me; never did I think this would happen to me! At that point I was skeptical to set foot in any dealer prior to someone actually sending me a picture of the exact vehicle I was interested in. The second dealer I visited had the exact vehicle I wanted but decided to play games with the numbers by saying they would give me "x" for my trade-in but by doing so they would raise the price by "x" to compensate for what wanted to net on the purchase; essentially moving the bottom-line number when that is what I was focusing on to begin with. Frustrated at this point I decide I would give it one more shot. I was planning on going into the city to visit a dealer I had been e-mailing a few times throughout the week but dreaded the thought of the traffic. My initial contact with Patrick Hyundai was through e-mail with someone in the internet department. My question was regarding the actual selling price of the vehicle prior to any rebates and incentives being applied as I knew what I qualified for at this point. The individual I was corresponding with seemed to be confused by what I was asking and at this point Manny stepped in to assist. He immediately answered my question and even called to introduce himself. I explained my situation to Manny and told him I wouldn't step foot into the dealer unless I got a text from him with the exact car I was interested in. Within minutes I had a text of the window sticker and of the vehicle in question. Immediately I knew I was dealing with someone who had integrity and who honestly wanted to make sure I was put first. I explained I had a trade-in and Manny assured me we could make a deal! I made the 45 minutes drive north and was immediately greeted by another salesman and I asked to see Manny. He was on a test drive with another customer but the other salesman asked if I would like anything to drink and asked that I sit and wait for him to come back. Upon Manny's arrival he introduced himself and explained he was just finishing up with another customer. I could immediately tell this dealership knew how to take care of its customers and that a sincere handshake meant something to them. Once Manny finished up with his customer he focused all his attention on our deal. He quickly showed me the vehicle and allowed me to do a once over before heading back to the showroom. I already drove the vehicle at prior dealerships so there was no need for me to do a test drive again. Manny quickly got all the necessary paperwork in order for the appraisal and handed it off to one of the managers to complete. Within minutes the appraisal was completed and they offered me exactly what I had been wanting since I visited the first dealership a week beforehand. At that point we were ready to shake hands. One of the manager provided me with the bill of sale and everything looked in order. I noticed a charge for dealer accessories and when I questioned this Manny immediately explained it was for the VIN etching and door guards along with a few other items. I explained I didn't necessarily want these options but valued them as they were already on the car. Manny and the manager were so easy to work with and after I explained to them where I needed to be out-the-door on the car they were willing to negate all but a small portion of the premium for the accessories to accommodate me. There was no need for the back and forth here where a typical salesman goes to his manager and comes back with "x". It was a breath of fresh air when I could openly and honestly talk to Manny and the sales manager to come to an agreement that worked for all of us. The financing took a minimal amount of time and I was in and out before I knew it. No gimmicks and no games, just a rock solid dealership who operates honestly and looks out for their customers best interests! Do yourself a favor and skip the other dealers and go see Manny at Patrick Hyundai in Schaumburg! P.S. I work as a loan officer for a living at a credit union and I know what to expect when stepping in at a dealership; especially the finance office. Everyone at the dealership treated me with respect and with the utmost integrity. I can honestly say I would refer any one of my members to this dealership! Way to go Patrick Hyundai!

Perfect car buying experience
My salesperson Mazen was AMAZING, He made me feel as though he was an older brother trying to help me make the best decision on my purchase. He even went so far and followed me home to drop off my old car. I came to this dealership many years ago and had a horrible experience. Mazen has definitely turned that around and I will continue to recommend friends and family directly to him.
