They are shady. Please DONT BUY from there. We bought a Mercedes 2007 model which had 23,000 miles on it. Within 2 months of purchasing there was so much issues with breaks, suspension. It was ridiculous. When we went to report that they were not at all customer focussed. They were ignoring us and kept the car for 2 days without any updates. It was the worst experience. They also sold us third party window tinting, who I dont even know if they exist because they never replied to our calls. When we were there, they were yelling and screaming at their employees which should have been our red flag to get up and go.

Revised review
I wrote a negative review of this dealership and since then they have gone above and beyond to help me with my issue. They have resolved my issue and never blinked an eye. Stephen my salesman was the best thing about this dealership. He is the best and Sam is a wonderful person to work with.

IMMORAL, UNETHICAL, INSOLENT? YOU DECIDE!
On Presidents Day my ex-wife, 16 year old son and I set out to purchase my son's first car. We drove from Peoria out to I-10, 52 miles one way, to look at a car. We took the car for a drive and my son started liking it a lot right off the bat. We were making jokes about how his friends would respond to the car, could he think of a nickname and generally having a great time. We were going to buy the car. On returning to the dealer we met Sam, the owner?. He had pitched an extended warranty offer to us. The three of us didn't know anything about it so we tried looking things up on our phones. We were also trying to find this particular car on the website to see what kind of deal we were getting. Then someone came up to us saying there was another gentlemen there wanting to take the car for a spin. We said OK. No big we were here first, right? We were going to buy the car. We just couldn't decide about the extended warranty. After about 10-15 minutes we decided that we don't want the warranty. So as we are going to tell Sam, the owner?, we are buying the car, he informs us that he is selling the car to the other gentleman. No, "What do you guys think? Hey this guy is interested, but you were here first?" No Sam, the owner?, just sold the car right out from under our 16 year olds feet. We were angry, disheartened. I couldn't believe it. My boy was hurt. My ex-wife went into Sam's office to tell him what she thought and Sam, the owner?, told her to F**k Off? What kind of owner? would do something like that? Is Sam, the owner?, going to change upon hearing this? No, people like him don't. But for you if you have a chance to buy what you're looking for somewhere else, I'd support in doing so.

I bought a car, less than 2 weeks ago from I-10 Premier
I bought a car, less than 2 weeks ago from I-10 Premier Auto Sales. I ended up with something I do not want. Sam (owner) and Steven (salesperson) are great and will work to end your car search before you leave the lot. From this experience, I want to share this information, no matter where you go....even if you can't afford or get exactly what you want, definitely do not walk away with what you don't want or like as I did. Even though a car can be replaced, not people, it is still a painful, miserable and awful experience, that I will not be able to rectify anytime soon. Paid cash and so, have to save again. 1. Ask about their refund policy. I-10 Premier Auto Sales do not have one. I bought the car on Sunday, did not even take it off the lot. Contacted them the next morning and told them, I changed my mind. Sam said come in and let's see what they could do. No exchange was discussed, just things that was out of my budget. They offered a warranty at discounted price, for peace of mind. It was over $2,500. I cried the whole time there. 2. Do not go alone. If I had taken a friend, I would had someone to remind me, they are sales people, not your friends. This is their job. They do not actually care if you are happy or not, it is just a sales, paycheck to them. I said I wanted a manual, not into red cars.... 3. Ask for the Carfax or some kind of background history on the car. All cars look good. Found out later this one was in 2 minor accidents. 5. Make sure everything works and you do not have buy things immediately, windshield wipers, battery for key fob, knob for radio. 4. If you are giving them reasons why you do not want it, do not allow yourself to be convinced why it is a good car for you. You know yourself or at least should know yourself better than a stranger. After you sign the paperwork everything you didn't want, is yours, it is a contract, a job. 5. Do not expect anyone to respect your decision if you do not have one. Again, this is sales....I told the salesperson for one car, let me sleep on it and I would probably be back the next day to get it...I should have left immediately, but then came the owner to crunch some numbers....sounded good at the moment. 6. Try to go early in the day...Never let the rush sale of the end of the day get you Now I know if it is not what I want, it is ok to say no or let me think about it. Tomorrow is only the next day, it can wait. This is my experience and my regret. For the amount of money I paid, I could have gotten a newer model, less mileage, manual and not red....as I said, my fault for doing all the wrong things mentioned above, but, if one person can learn from my mistakes, it won't change my situation, but...I hope it helps someone else. But if you KNOW what you want. You can get a good car and a wonderful experience over there. Steven is really a great guy.

Top Notch Dealer and Service
Purchased an F 150 Ford pickup Oct 2021, drove it back to NY a couple days later. A year later now and the truck runs like a top. No problems. Very accomadating staff. A very pleasent and "entertaining" experience. Decent price on the vehicle.

The initial contact seemed nice enough - however follow
The initial contact seemed nice enough - however follow up from her sales manager was severely lacking. She said a few times he would. All but he never did. I had to reach out as follow up as there was none. They have a good selection of vehicles. Not sure about the rest of the process - as I said - the follow up is not very good. I had interest and they lost a potential sale I think.

Good Experience
After purchasing a 2005 Tacoma I left a bad review because of what turned out to be miscommunication. The owner Sam called me directly and the issue was worked out via a telephone conversation with Sam and his shop foreman Don. I would recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a used vehicle. Please disregard my last review, I couldn't figure out how to delete or edit it.

A very pleasant experience overall
The entire experience after contacting I10 Premier was truly top notch. I was treated with the utmost of respect and kindness, and can't say enough positive things about Jerry in sales. Although we were unable to finalize the deal price-wise, Jerry listened and did his best to help. I would absolutely return to investigate purchasing should we be able to have the numbers work out. In the end, the dealership priced the car above figures posted on KBB, Edmunds, TrueCar, and NADA, so I was ready to buy on the spot but hesitant to proceed with a dollar amount greater than those posted for the public to make use in making such decisions.
