Low pressure sales experience

I worked with Marcus Williams on purchasing a used Subaru Outback. He was a pleasure to work with. I was trading in an older Toyota Prius and he assisted in getting me to an acceptable trade in value for it. He and the sales manager also listened to me when it came to what I could afford to secure the best financing for the loan. Thanks for all your assistance with this usually stressful experience! The car was exactly what was was presented online!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff! We called ahead...the car was sitting in front of the dealership...waiting for us! No pressure! No haggling, Good listening skills...

Overall good service

I was left happy with the salesmen and the manager at the dealership. They were professional and knew what they were talking about. I'm so happy with my new car!

Know what you want before you go

I identified my next vehicle needs and spent time looking for the right vehicle. Fortunately, the right vehicle popped up at Kuni Auto Center in Beaverton. When I arrived at the lot I met John my sales rep. John asked the right questions and more importantly listened to the answers. From that he understood what I was looking for and that I was there for a specific car. John happily showed me the car, went on a test drive with me and listened to my feedback. There was no pressure both John and the store manager were only interested in getting me what I wanted. With a little negotiation, we were able to make a deal below my targeted budget. I appreciated their respect of my time and energy and made the auto dealer experience a positive one.

We love our new car!

KUNI is 21st Century

Thank you for making our car buying experience so relaxed and uneventful. Everything went very smooth and Ben Hendrix is a very nice and honest salesman. The best thing is that he listened to us and understood our worries from all the past horrible car dealer nightmares we have been through. We really appreciated how he gained our trust with honesty and we are very happy to finally find a car dealership that is above board. We really appreciate that your dealership has done away with the 'dishonest sales trickery' that we had been through in the past. KUNI has really stepped into the 21st Century setting a high bar of excellence in transparency of information and honest pricing and fair appraisals on trade-ins. We would recommend anyone and everyone to only look at KUNI AUTO CENTER for their car needs and to ask for BEN HENDRIX if he is available.

GREAT BUYING EXPERIENCE

We were helped in buying our new car by John Geer and Marie Ashley in the purchase and delivery. The hole endeavor took less time and we were provided with more information than I have received in previous car buying. We were not pressured to buy the car or any other itmes suggested. We reserched prices prior to our visit to the Kuni Auto Center, left happy with a good car at a price we felt was very fair.

Ken and John are the bomb!!!

Ken and John are the bomb... did extra on top of what we wanted amazing come here to get your deal Ken and John both have an amazing personality and you'll get along just fine no pushy business in this at all. Whoop whoop, cheers!!!

Respectful and Transparent

Our salesperson, John Geer, was both knowledgeable and respectful. When we told him that my husband's hearing is impaired, John made every effort to talk slowly and clearly so that we could both understand. We were provided with two car history records -- CarFax and AutoCheck -- as well as a rundown on what the dealership had done to the car. In coming to a deal, John did not use the high-pressure techniques we had come to expect from car salespeople. We got what we feel is a fair deal on a car that we hope will last us a long time. Our positive experience continued with Marie Ashley, who went through all the paperwork with us, calmly and clearly explaining each document we were to sign. We asked for some time to decide about the extended warranty, and she did not pressure us to make an immediate decision, which has happended at other car dealerships. All in all, our experience at Kuni was very positive!
