Great Experience

My wife and I wanted to replace her Jetta and we found a Hyundai Sonata online that she wanted to test drive. We called ahead to see if it was still there and Ben had it pulled up and ready for us when we got there. He greeted us at the door and was pleasant throughout the process. They were fair with the price of the car we purchased and gave us well above KBB for the trade in. They worked very hard to meet our requests financially. Gave us the price we wanted to pay for the car and got a good deal on the financing while keeping our down payment low. Overall, the best experience I've ever had buying a used car. As long as the car holds up...and I'm confident that it will be great...we will definitely be back. Thank you Ben!

Briana Key is Awesome!

I purchased my car earlier this year and received a warming call this morning from Briana. She didn't call for no other reason then to see how everything was going. It made me so pleased to hear from her and to make sure that my car was driving beautifully. My experience was fantastic with Kuni auto center, and with Briana even more so. She was professional, knowledgeable and put forth no pressure you would expect when buying a car. Best experience I've had with buying a car and would suggest you go in and ask for Briana!

Thank you for a pleasant experience!!!

My husband and I had been searching for the perfect car for me for a few weeks now. I have test driven at least 5 cars in the last few days and I was growing weary of the experience. We had a bad experience at a different dealership so I was expecting more of the same. As we were walking towards the lot I saw a really nice car that was a 2015 so I had assumed it was out of my price range. The pricing we were working with was all "truprice" which means what you saw was the price of the car. I looked at a bunch of cars and didn't see anything I liked. Or that would fit the budget. John took us inside to show us the website and the first thing that showed up was the really nice 2015 car and guess what?? It was that really nice 2015 and it was right in line with my BUDGET! John was VERY patient with the floating back and forth the my husband is prone to. We each test drove it. The Manager, (sorry I forgot his name) arranged for my husband and I to take it for lunch. We talked about it over lunch and decided to purchase it.. We got a cashier's check from the bank and bought the car... Maria did all of the paperwork and even gave us copies of everything on a flash drive so we have it with us.. it was the easiest car purchase transaction I have ever done!!!

Thank you for such an amazing car buying experience!

Just wanted to say thank you to Brianna, and the team at Kuni for a great car buying experience! Briana was great to work with and made me feel right and home! She was very insightful and knew so much about the car and made me feel extremely comfortable with my purchase. I've always dreaded car buying and dealerships but Briana has changed that for me. She even kept my 8 year old company during the signing process. My daughter wouldn't stop raving about her. Thank you again for such an amazing experience! We will definitely share our experience with our friends and family :)

Bought Car from out of state, Kuni Made it easy

I finally found a toyota RAV 4 EV, and even though I was in Tacoma, WA, and the car was at Kuni in Portland, John Geer sent me detailed photos of the car, ensured my credit union preapproval check was filed properly with the dealer finance department, and helped me complete most of the paperwork via email. Lastly, he drove two hours to get the paperwork to me to sign. I could not be happier. Highly reccomend.

Fast, friendly, efficient.

It's a great place. We have purchased 2 cars from them and will go back when we want another car. John Geer was so comfortable to work with. All staff treated us with such care and easy laughter.

after sale service was poor

The service at the time of the sale was fine, but the salesman took two weeks and more than one email to respond to a question

Kuni saved the day

I had a bad experience purchasing a vehicle at another dealership and ended up returning it leaving me without a car. The team at Kuni really stepped up. I saw the car I wanted online and submitted my credit application online. I rec'd not one but two emails and a couple voicemails, too. When I arrived at the dealership, my sales consultant was there to meet me and the vehicle I wanted was ready for a test drive. Buying a car can be a daunting and stressful experience. Not at Kuni. Everyone I met was extremely considerate and I felt the utmost confidence purchasing from them. They really went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and the customer service is 5 star, no doubt. I will be recommending Kuni to friends, family, and co-workers.

Easy comfortable and fast
