Five Star Subaru of Grapevine

Everyone worked their hardest to get us a great deal! I normally loathe the thought of going to a dealership at all. Mitchell, the sales person was super nice and easy to work with. Michail, the F&I person was honest and got us better financing terms the day AFTER we signed and took the vehicle home. The sales manager (can't remember his name) came and chatted with us to make sure we were happy with everything. All in all, pretty much the best car buying experience I've had.

I love my Crosstrek. I always enjoy coming to the service department. Everyone is kind, polite & helpful. It’s easy to find a great sales person but to provide excellent service after the purchase is fabulous.

My wife and i visited several dealers before we went to Five Star. I was greeted by Steven whom I had exchanged emails with. Steven was extremely professional, answered all our questions and made our decision to buy from him very easy. He pulled 2 different models side by side and let us take our time to make our decision. He allowed us to test drive them and not once did we feel pressured. I will recommend Steven and this dealership to my family and friends Steven is an asset to your business,too bad he cannot be cloned.
