worst dealership in the country
The GPS on my mustang was acting up so I made an appointment weeks in advance to have it checked and get an oil change while I was at it. I was told it usually took "2-3 days" for diagnosis and repair. I left my car first thing Wednesday morning. When I hadn't heard anything about things were going on Thursday, I made a call to check in. Left a message for Erica--my service advisor who was "not at her desk." A few hours later, I called back to check in since I hadn't heard anything. Erica had "stepped away" and they were leaving a message for her. Since it was getting towards the end of the day, I made one more call before the shop closed and "just missed her." Fine--I figured I would hear back Friday. I called Friday morning. Erica was "not available." Becoming annoyed at this point, I began calling back around every hour just to see if I could catch her. I left messages. I spoke to other people. No one knew what was going on with my car. Every time I called, Erica was "unavailable." I saw the office where the service advisors work when I left my keys--it's a small room with 4 computers that all face each other. It can't be that hard to get a message to Erica to call back a customer. But still nothing. Finally, annoyed that I was a paying customer who was absolutely being ignored and treated like garbage, I began making numerous calls through the rest of the dealership until I finally annoyed enough people that Erica decided she might as well call me back. Turns out, absolutely nothing had been done to my car 3 days after I left and despite numerous calls to check on it. Disgusted and irate, I went and picked up my car and will be taking my business elsewhere. And I advise all other people to do the same. This dealership doesn't care about customer service. It doesn't care about good relationships with patrons. Employees are just passing time and collecting a check. All it would have taken was one phone call to me after I left messages to say...sorry, we're running behind. Things are taking longer than expected. We probably can't work on your car until Monday. I'm understanding and that would have been fine. I would have left my car and gave the dealership my money after the service was complete. But when a paying customer leaves dozens of phone calls just to check on something that could be dealt with with a one minute return phone call, and nobody has the courtesy to even call you back, that's not cool. Avoid this place at all costs. Terrible customer service. Terrible worker attitudes. And terrible Erica, who is too busy--or just doesn't care--to ever call you back or see how your car is doing. Some service coordinator... Zero stars if possible. Terrible terrible experience and I would never recommend giving them your business.

These guys tacked a $30,000 mark up on a new Ford F-150 Lightning Platinum knowing full well Ford told them not to do that. On top of that all the trucks they are selling were straw-man ordered. Passed them to Ford as customer orders but the dealership mysteriously has 7 customer order that they backed out of. Ford should really be asking these guys what is up. Do not do business with them.

SCAM CENTRAL!!!!!!!! truly not worth the headache. don’t even waste your time! sold me a car with a check engine light and a body control module issue, they resolved the check engine, ignored the issue with the BCM and promised so much, only to deal with so many issues with the car after purchase. over $1k in repairs on a 2 month old purchased used car. ridiculous. when you speak to them, they are pacifying and constantly undermine your issues with the car they sold you. they have no integrity and no respect for paying customers. basically they’re scammers. run!

UPDATE: I spoke with Starvos and he offered to resolve an issue regarding the BCM in covering costs for a spare key. But he asked me to take the review down and he would have no problem sending the check. I will not. He is the only person that has been helpful and tries to resolve issues to the best of his ability, but that showed me that they want to brush this under the rug. However, I am STILL greatly disappointed in my experience and in their lack of empathy towards paying customers in the grand scheme. This dealership truly is not worth the headache. Don’t even waste your time! They sold me a car with a check engine light and a body control module issue, and they offered me a warranty, but didn’t outline the terms and sent me off home to VA, just to be told that the car repairs weren’t covered for another month under our warranty, although documents stated otherwise. At their request, I had to DRIVE BACK TO JERSEY to have my car repaired, free of charge rightfully. They resolved the check engine issue, but ignored the issue with the BCM and changed the headlights and sent me off home again. They promised so much, only to come back home to deal with so many issues with the car after that. Now I have to pay over $1k in repairs after an inspection discovery that exposed all the issues on a 2 month old purchased used car. Ridiculous. Then, when you speak to them, they are pacifying and constantly undermine your issues with the car they sold you. “Small issue” was how MY salesperson Eyad (Ed) described my situation. Everyone there, even Alicia the front desk person, always promise a call back and then they never call back. So as a customer, you constantly have to call them and be extremely persistent. They have no integrity and no respect for paying customers. All of these reviews on Google and all other websites show the kind of business that they conduct. They should NOT be in business and should be audited and reported to the NJ DMV (https://www.state.nj.us/mvc/about/contact.htm) for breaking lemon laws (that a lot of people don’t know about just off the top of their head) and so much more. So basically they’re scammers and they take advantage of people in vulnerable situations, and once you’re out the door they don’t care anymore. Run!

Nightmare!
Words cannot describe how disappointed I am in this place. After purchasing multiple vehicles from that location they seem to never care about their service customers. I called this place over a year ago(maybe 2) to order a part which STILL hasn't been done. The service advisor(woman) that sits on the left side when you walk in is USELESS. She first place the order and when I was called that it was there I showed up they said they don't know what happened to it. They apologized and said they promise it would be there withing 7-10 business. Second time no call until I called them and she said no part was ordered. I show up there on the 3rd try and I get the same treatment. After about the 5th time I go to the dealer for an oil chage I see her she said we got you now let me just talk to the manager as it wasn't her fault. 30 minutes later after waiting for her and asking multiple people where she was, a different service advisor( woman on the left) came up to me and "sincerely" apologized and that she would make sure it was done. I call them 2 weeks later and requested to speak to the manager. I got transferred 4 times with no response. On the 5th try I asked her to please make sure that there was someone on the other end. She transfers me again to a VM and stopped answering the phone after that. I called the sales department and requested to speak to the general manager and they told me he was not in. I asked for a sales manager and explained exactly what had been going on who took my number to have the service manager call me ASAP( that was over a month ago). These people are simply there to collect a check. If you wat to be ignored and not disrespected by people who doesn't care about your service needs by all mean go to this place.

TIRE FELL OFF AFTER SERVICE
TIRE FELL OFF WHILE DRIVING. My husband just left here after an oil change/tire rotation and his tire fell off. He had to walk back to tell them, and then they damaged the body of the car while bringing it back. Thank God this didn't happen while he was driving at a fast speed. This kind of mistake could kill somebody.

Tried to purchase a Mustang Mach E GT.
Tried to purchase a Mustang Mach E GT. I reached out online and Wilson contacted me via text. I advised him I was a firefighter up in Jersey City and wanted to give business in the community. He proceeds to tell me that there is a $10,000 markup on the mustang but stated they take care of firefighters (LOL). He tried pretending like he was doing me a favor by lowering the markup to $9,000 and then lowballing my trade in. Typical shady dealer games. After I told him no, he said “maybe” he can get the markup down to $7,500. Still a no from me because they’re still lowballing the trade. Be smart when talking to shady dealers and salespeople. One day this supply shortage will be over and the demand will drop and I hope people will remember how bad these dealerships treated everyone.

First time buying a used vehicle from a new car dealer.
First time buying a used vehicle from a new car dealer. I was on guard for deceptive sales practices, but I was still surprised at the way both the salesman and his manager tried to inflate the actual price of the vehicle by nearly 20%. The worst was when I asked about extra fees on top of the price, and the salesman made a head motion that was half nod yes, and half nod no. I took it as a "no", but when the contract came out, there were about $3000 in extra fees tacked on, including a $1500 fee for "multipoint inspection". Well, I'm glad I didn't pay it, because my own inspection service found a few things that would need attention. Also, I never understood why people always say, ignore your monthly cost, just ask what you are paying for the car. They forced me into financing, presumably to get a bonus, or the price would be $1000 more expensive. Fine, I paid it off shortly after the purchase. But they kept showing me my monthly cost. When I asked the finance guy to break it down for me, starting with the price of the car, he had to do it by hand on a sheet of paper. IOW, it wasn't spelled out on the contract where I could actually see it. When I saw the extra fees, I told my wife we were leaving. I did want that car, but I had located a few backup vehicles elsewhere. Only then did the manager meet me at the door and began to negotiate. I have been a salesman or worked with salesmen my whole career, so I was ready for all the usual tactics, like asking me if me or my wife made the decisions. Good grief. I did end up with the car, paying a bit more than I wanted to, but I really wanted it. When I got out of there, I felt like I needed a shower. I guess they can have another half of a star for not jerking me around when I went back to pick up the tags and registration. Now I understand why the prices are a bit higher on Carvana and similar sites. All those extra fees are included in the price, so there is no drama. I love the car, but hated the buying experience.

This dealership completely tries to scam you into buying
This dealership completely tries to scam you into buying additional products you don’t need. I was told I had “swollen lugs” on my car and they couldn’t rotate the tires. Although rotating the tires was part of the package that I purchased. Seems to me like they couldn’t be bothered because the whole maintenance to the car was taking too long and they wanted to just move onto the next vehicle. So they cut corners. This place is a total rip off.
