Didn’t have to
I came in without a appointment, and they were nice enough to take care of my situation still, could’ve easily had told me , I needed an appointment. And they didn’t , and I greatly appreciate . It ended up being a problem that was manufactured problem. And they were right on it . Again “ they didn’t have to” but they did , with a walk in.

Service
I have an older jeep with nearly 300,000 miles. Not only are they the only dealership locally that will service my car (due to number of miles) but they are friendly and never fight me on my still existing warranty I have. Always quick to get in for an appointment and keep you informed of updates. Highly recommend them.

Inspection sticker
I went into McGovern to get an inspection sticker. I had received poor customer service from the dealership that I had bought my Jeep at, and came to McGovern for the service. Jen and Steve from service were great, and made my experience very simple. I definitely will be going back to McGovern for service in the future.

Walk -in service
Vehicle needed computer updates and an electrical check up. Eddie, and everyone one else and at the service department, took exceptional care of me, my family and my vehicle. From loan cars to abundant communication, it was a top notch service. Felt great. Highly recommend. Will be checking out their sales department at some point.

Surprising cost
Came to have a recall item repaired on my Jeep and complimentary multipoint inspection. Also noted the am/fm radio had been in and out (otherwise working fine) if they could check the antenna. I agreed to a radio diagnostic as part of my service with no indication this would be at an added cost. This ended up being an added cost of $150 which resulted in simply telling me I need a new radio. I was shocked. The service person explained this is the labor cost and was able to take $20 off for my frustration, which was helpful, however if I knew there was a cost and what that would be I would have never agreed to this.
