In & Out! Outstanding Service My Service writer was Loan Pham, she is by far on top of her A Game. She greeted me as soon as I pulled and made sure my vehicle would go right in. I emailed her asking for an appointment and she very quickly responded with a date & time - she also called me letting me know my vehicle was all set. I would highly recommend Loan at McGovern CJDR.

East in and out this morning for my service. I made a reservation online and was at work an hour later. Appreciate the clean waiting room with bottled water and Wi-Fi.

Today my service advisor Loan Pham. She greeted me soon as I pulled into the service area with a gigantic smile and a very bubbly personality. She asked instantly what my service needs were and got my vehicle right in. Loan kept me abreast of the progress on my vehicle and sent me an email when my vehicle was ready. After the paperwork was completed she walked me out to my vehicle and pulled it out into the parking lot for me. She’s very helpful and she’s a credit to your organization.

So nice and efficient. Was able to squeeze me in right away. Always helpful and never over bill or make you get anything you don't need. Great place to go for service.
