Had a problem with my 2020 Jeep Wrangler not starting on successive nights. Called Quirk Jeep where I bought the Jeep and they couldn’t service my Jeep for 2 weeks told me to call another dealership. I called McGovern and they helped. Loan Pham was incredible service rep. She got my Jeep up and running within hours with a new battery. Also under warranty. I won’t do service with Quirk anymore and McGovern has a new happy customer

Over 3 months ago I went in for body work, (insurance paid), the brand new nose they put on my car was all scratched up. They said not worry there is sticker that will cover the scratches. Three months later haven’t heard a word. Today they for no reason changed my back brakes and rotors. All I went in for was front brakes and rotors. They tried to charge me for work I didn’t even ask for. Do not go here. Nobody here knows how to do their job.

I've used their autobody shop three times. Every time, the work was done in a timely way, with friendly and professional service, and the car looks beautiful afterwards. Special bonus--they detail the inside and polish/buff the whole outside of the car before returning it.
