Kat was an excellent service rep. Very knowledgeable and courteous. I had a few coupons that could be used for payment, and she was able to determine which was best for me.

They let you check out the new cars but they are super pushy when it comes to trying to get you to sell your car to them. They only really care about getting you in to one of their newer cars and getting you out of your old car instead of trying to get your car fixed properly.

Today's service was perfect but only perfect because I had a prior call with Anthony who helped me with my expectations and then tje service just seamlessly fell into place with the quality that I am used to from this dealership. They get an A+ for the day. The service person receiving the initial phone calls though is pleasant but needs some extra training and quickly.Feel free to reach out to me for details if you wish.
