Good experience.

A good car buying experience. Kellen was friendly and professional. I bought a Hyundai Elantra and he was very knowledgeable about the car and all the features. I would recommend this dealership to others. I appreciate their support of teachers.

Satisfactory

It was good and nice experience with purchasing the Hyundai Elantra limited version car. Service representative was good and provided the needed information at that time.

Wonderful!

Atusa was very friendly & straight to the point. She brought out exactly what we wanted/needed, explained everything thoroughally & did everything to meet our needs. I enjoyed my experience, very stress free. I'll definitely be back.

A great place to go when you know what you want

Kellen was professional and direct with me throughout my visits to the dealership and he was very knowledgeable when it came to my vehicle of choice (Tucson) as well as other vehicles or practices throughout the dealership. I came away from my car buying experience please with Ken Garff Hyundai's service and will definitely be returning for services and to buy additional vehicles!

Great service

My experience was nothing but positive. I never once felt pressured and Sean was always professional and never pushed me into my purchase. I have been completely satisfied with Sean and my whole car buying experience.

Hyundai Accent

Better than the majority of dealerships. Would recommend but there is a need for improvement in some areas. Overall, an average experience with a little above average in other areas.

Partial

As stated before in a previous comment I went in to trade in a vehicle it took over a month to get the vehicle I understood the first two delays but after three weeks I was called and told the vehicle was lost and they weren't sure when it would come in although they did provide me with two separate loaner vehicles in the meantime which I did appreciate a lot I didn't like the lack of communication I received on the vehicle I had to call almost daily in that month timeframe to get an update and I would be told to be there the next day and then the next day came and it wasn't I probably received three phone calls in the whole month of waiting for the vehicle one day I called and talk to a sales manager I believe his name was Jeff to get an update and he told me since my sales person wasn't there that's why I haven't heard an update which also gave me a bad vibe knowing that if my sales person is out sick or on vacation it made me feel like I wasn't going to get help when I finally got the vehicle I moved all my stuff over I was given the keys and told that information regarding the vehicle was in the glove box and that was it I wasn't told any features I wasn't showing any features I was there for five minutes given the vehicle and excused to leave. The day I went in to trade in the vehicle the sales person was great he was very friendly he had a smile on his face he was very clean in appearance it was just after that was a bad experience

Great price with a few hiccups along the way.

Overall a good experience buying a car from Ken Garff Hyundai. One of the better car dealership experiences, however not perfect in their finance department. After 3 weeks they still hadn't payed off my trade in... I had to call multiple times to get them to finally pay it off so I don't have to worry about missing a payment... besides that pretty good experience.
